Hankki Bow Valley Square — Restaurant in Calgary

Hankki Korean Street Food is a must-visit for anyone craving Korean soul food! I stopped by for lunch and decided to try the Combo BOP, which includes any two flavoured meats, mandu, fresh vegetables on cooked rice. I chose the Korean BBQ and bulgogi chicken, and both were absolutely fantastic.

The flavours were rich and perfectly balanced, making each bite a delightful experience. The mandu was perfectly cooked, with a crispy exterior and flavourful filling. The fresh vegetables added a nice crunch and freshness to the meal, making it a well-rounded and satisfying lunch.

One of the highlights of my visit was the super friendly staff. They were incredibly welcoming and even posed for a picture when I asked if I could take one for my review. Their warmth and hospitality was very welcoming. The food also was prepared very quickly. It is perfect spot to stop by for lunch during the work week in the office. I will mention the line every day is long so if you can get there before the rush.

Need new lids, badly!!!!

I have gotten lunch from Hankki a few times and the food is quite good. The problem is the container lids DO NOT FIT!!!! Steps away from Hankki, in front of Taco Time, my lid fell off and container slipped out of my hand. Food went everywhere, quite a mess. I went back, and while standing in line to reorder a woman at the counter had the exact same experience. She got her food replaced right away and was not charged again. When I got to the counter, I explained what happened and thought my replaced meal should not be charged especially since it just happened to someone else. Its not my fault you have ill fitting lids and I am betting this happens every day. The person at the counter charged me for my meal so I asked to speak to a manager . I was told there was no manager there. I ended up paying again - $23 for one edible meal. Not happy about that. FIX...

One of the best fast restaurants. Great quality and great cost. I was really impressed with the customer service I’ve got so I am here to share. Workers are bright and positive! It gets busy in lunch hours but they do not lose professionalism to customers! What a mind!! For food, great texture and flavour an all food. Perfectly balanced seasoning! Meat itself isnt salty then sauce jumps in to balance it off~ Meat was juicy and chee bop was crispy. Best part was that their portion and size was consistent! But sadly, recently, seems like their menu changed.. I miss their old hot bop.. it does not taste like before..and size of chee bop.. Also, spicy is not too spicy for first time. It taste like sriracha! What a flavour! It was pleasure getting service from great workers today!
