5/5 everything! Not the first time to go there. Originally, wanted to go elsewhere, but that place was closed by 9:30 pm. And it turned out to be a better decision. Food was delicious 😋. We had calamari. Love the deep fried jalapenos. I ate them all. Also red bell peppers deep fried are delicious. I had agua fresca to drink, yum. But next time I'll ask for it a bit sweeter. My main was sirloin Oscar with sauteed veggies. My bf had blackened new York striploin with twice baked potato. And we shared a salad. Food is 5/5. Our server was Hunter. Very sweet young man. Very polite. Upbeat and happy go lucky. Seems like he's enjoying his job. The kinda attitude, that makes us want to come back. He made sure to come by a few times, to see if the food was to our standards, checked if we needed anything. He's full of energy and a very nice guy. We even got to talking about his studies. Bright young man. Hopefully, next time we go back, which will be soon, we get to sit in his section. We really enjoyed his service. So, for people that never been to that location, ask for Hunter, you'll be pleasantly surprised. Top tonch service. And the atmosphere is very relaxing. Didn't care for music much this time. Not my cup of tea. But didn't pay attention, cause I was enjoying my evening too much. The hostess was sweet as well. Didn't catch her name. When we were leaving, it was getting late, around 11 pm, place wasn't busy, but she was. She was cleaning menus at her station. I like to see hard working people. I want to share an incredible experience my mom and I had at The Keg the Saturday before Christmas. Taking her there for her belated birthday dinner has become a cherished tradition over the years. However, this year was especially difficult, as my father had passed away just the day before her actual birthday.

From the moment I called to make the reservation, I was met with exceptional compassion and customer service after sharing the reason for our visit. When we arrived, the warm and welcoming atmosphere immediately made us feel cared for.

Our server, Jayden, was absolutely outstanding! His recommendations for food and wine were spot on, and his witty banter added a touch of lightness to what could have been a heavy evening.

After our meal, the culinary manager, Brandon Suitor, came over to offer his heartfelt empathy. Then, in a stunning act of generosity and Christmas spirit, he covered our entire bill. The kindness of that gesture left my mom, myself, Jayden, and Brandon in tears.

This moment of extraordinary compassion turned what could have been a somber evening into a cherished memory that my mom and I will hold dear forever. It’s rare to feel so seen and cared for, and The Keg truly went above and beyond to create something unforgettable for us.

This was my first experience at the keg and I was extremely dissatisfied to put it lightly. The appetizer That I ordered was the garlic cheese toast and it was sopping in way too much butter, the bread was wet with the amount of oil from the cheese/butter. After receiving the garlic toast we got our salad and that was not to our liking either (not for any particular reason just not a fan of the dressing). We pushed both plates to the edge of the table untouched and waited 20 minutes for the server to even check on us and when he did come we told him We were not very happy with the garlic cheese toast and then he asked about the salad. We said that it just wasn't our cup of tea. He was like oh i'm sorry and then cleared our plates and we didn't see him again besides him walking past our table for almost an hour. We arrived at the restaurant at approximately 9:30pm and I would understand if the restaurant was busy, but besides us we saw maybe three other tables with guests. We got to the point from waiting for so long that we actually weren't sure if our server even put our order in or remembered that we did order. So? We mentioned to the host that we wanted to leave. She said she was gonna get us the manager and that never happened so we finally our server comes out with our food at 10:45 and looks like it had been sitting.
