There's not a mall since 1988 that I have not ordered a&w consecutive if not every time I visit a food court but I digress this morning I came to NW at Coquitlam centre and ordered my very high standard and what I think is a perfect burger you're very detailed and picky order see my receipt in the photos the last part of my order is that I asked for it to be made made with love naturally as the cashier was very and hey why not just add that in there. This is 8:50 a.m. my food was prepared in 5 minutes but the time is not as I came back to the counter to pick up my food my cashier was in the back with your coworker prepping would look like a five-star quality Burger that you could undoubtedly see the love involved as well as the smiles on their I never take pictures of my I'm just not one of those people but it wasn't the food that I was taking pictures of I was trying to capture what I could explain later would be the cause of my goosebumps over something so small as a fast food order. The rest I'm left speechless with when it comes to the quality of the food for love cannot be described in words as it relates directly to my satisfaction and the very reason why I ordered and ever since I was tall enough to see over the counter. Your temporary foreign workers are lazy. They try to take short cuts and pull fast ones on customers. I ordered a coffee with 2 milk instead dumped cream as if wouldn't know. 2nd try wasn't better, half the cup was milk because coffee was low. Instead of telling me they needed to make a fresh pot, the worker topped it up with milk. I wanted a coffee not a milk shake. I then waited 15 mins for a sausage and egger and hash brown. Food sat at the pass while the worker was fiddling with the touch screen cash register. Hash brown was cold and sandwich was lukewarm. I was in front of the counter for five minutes with three cashier at the front. All of them ignored me even though it seemed like there isn’t a problem being dealt or deal with. They finally responded when one of them waved to me and fingered me as I was her dog and remain impolite for the rest of the transaction. Tbh, I would’ve just walked away for different food at the food court. Even though the food was good, but the customer service was so bad that I have to give a one star review because even the taste of the food can’t save the terrible service.
