This review is for SUKHVIR
I came in with my gift card for 2 medium pizzas with unlimited toppings. I ordered one pizza half chicken and half beef, and the other with just pepperoni. I repeated my order clearly to Sukhvir as per my meat preference.
When she took over from the other girl and started making the dough, I corrected her again to make sure it was half chicken on one side and half beef on the other. Instead, she made both pizzas with half chicken mixed with beef and the other half pepperoni. When I pointed it out, she argued with me, saying, “you said half and half” and gave me a look as if I was wrong. I explained calmly that I never asked for the meats to be mixed, which is exactly why I said half chicken and half beef. Why would I want them blended together?
Even though the other employee kindly offered to remake the pizzas, I let it go. She then started doing other things and put my pizzas in the oven. When I asked for the veggies, that’s when I had enough. I asked for all the veggies except corn and tomatoes, but instead of clarifying or confirming (especially since it’s unlimited toppings), Sukhvir argued again and said, “You just said chicken, beef, and pepperoni.”
This is not how customer service works. A simple question like, “Would you like any veggies?” would have solved the problem. Mistakes happen, but this was her mistake and yet she had the guts to give me attitude, complete with a staring look to show how annoyed she was with me. That’s unprofessional and completely backwards. If you make the error, the least you can do is own up to it and apologize. Refusing to listen, not taking accountability, and doubling down with attitude is unacceptable especially in the customer service industry. If you can’t communicate, can’t take responsibility, and can’t apologize when you’re wrong, maybe customer service isn’t the right line of work for you.
Thankfully, the other staff member stepped in and showed exactly how it should be done. She was polite, professional, quick, and even joked around to make the situation better. She deserves recognition for being the kind of employee who knows how to treat customers with respect.
But from Sukhvir, there was no apology just attitude. Customer service is about people, not about your ego. Never take your personal frustrations to work and dump them on paying customers. Not every customer wants an argument; sometimes we just want to be treated decently.
I rarely leave bad reviews, but this was extremely disappointing. Attitude matters just as much as the food, and in this case, Sukhvir’s attitude ruined the experience. Management really needs to take a hard look at this behavior, because one employee’s attitude can damage your reputation and drive customers away. Read moreI posted last year that it was one of the best pizza i had but during my last visit over there something happened that lead to delete that review. i dont even want to rate 1 star but there is no option for zero.Yesterday me and my friend ordered a unlimited topping pizza with all veggie toppings only. And while eating it we noticed that there is pepperoni in the pizza. The guy Arsh at the counter was helpful he apologized and then another girl(i guess sehaj.. can’t remember the name)helped with the refund and gave as a new pizza as a apologizy. But the girl who made the wrong pizza didn’t even bothered to say a single word of sorry and totally ignored as nothing happened here and she haven’t done anything wrong. Both of us are totally vegetarian but due to that girl we had pepperoni. Later on I went to the counter to ask for a plate and it was the same girl who made the wrong order. She saw me and then ignored me and decided not to talk on the counter. We didn’t even said anything to her that you made the order being wrong still she was showing some sort of attitude and the worst customer service.
