I recently was at a New Year's party with around 50 people, and one of the highlights of the evening was undoubtedly the pastries from Minoo Bakery, so I decided to write a review. First and foremost, what stood out to me was the freshness of the pastries. They were incredibly soft, moist, and just the right amount of flaky. The best part? They weren't overly sweet, which is often a concern when it comes to pastries. What intrigued me even more was when I learned from the host that the new owner has a famous bakery store in their home country, Tehran. This revelation did not come as a surprise at all because the quality and taste of the pastries spoke volumes about the expertise behind them. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR & RUN AWAYY FROM this STORE !!!!!!! HORRIBLE customer service i have ever seen. this is my first time leaving a review for a store. we recently purchased bamieh and a piece of cake, the cake was fine but the bamieh was DISGUSTING, the syrup was absolutely bitter and it was not fresh, we went back to store & kindly requested an exchange but the owner was COMPLETELY RUDE, and not only denied the exchange but also said this is not safeway or walmart. when i wanted to leave i politely told him, as a business owner he should never let his customers leave unhappy and his UNPROFESSIONAL reply was “i already have enough customers i don’t need you, don’t come back to my store.” i wish there was even an option to leave 0 stars for this place. the owner really needs to take some classes in customer service. this experience totally ruined our evening. i will be telling all my family and relatives to stay away from...

I’d like to share my personal experience with this confectionery, I went out of my way to visit and purchase bread from this shop, but unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.

When I entered, there were two cashiers at the counter. Neither of them acknowledged me, greeted me, or showed any interest in assisting me. I patiently waited for them to finish their work so I could place my order. However, during this time, another customer—a man who arrived after me—was immediately attended to, engaged in conversation, and served without delay.

This behavior from the cashiers was highly unprofessional and disrespectful. It left a very negative impression, and I was extremely dissatisfied with the service. Due to this experience, I will not be returning to this bakery, nor would I recommend...
