Ordered a brown sugar bubble tea - it was really gross - tasted like herbal jelly? That taste is pretty distinct so….

Heard the lady ordering at the next self-serve kiosk asking how to pay cash to get the 10% off. The guy helped her with the machine. I was very surprised and asked to confirm if paying cash can get 10% off. She said yes.

I decided to try the coco choco frappe - and pressed “cash” - but they said, nope. Cash discount is not a thing. I was so confused. The other lady was just sitting at the next table 😥

Anyway, the staff were rude. Looked like they didn’t want to be there.

While waiting for drinks, there were flies flying everywhere. So many flies.

they don't disclose the drinks have aspartame. WHICH IS INSANE BECAUSE ASPARTAME CAUSES HEADACHES FOR THOSE WHO ARE SENSITIVE TO IT. every single time I've ordered I've gotten a headache. I don't get a headache with same sb or tims drinks. I bought for my coworker with same sensitivity without mentioning anything to test, and she also got a headache and ASKED ME if it has aspartame. That solidified my suspicion.

If you search you will see the backlash they got in Korea regarding them using aspartame. They're just not disclosing it in Canada.

I bought a strawberry smoothie and I was quite disappointed. There were chunks of ice throughout my drink and the strawberry smoothie tasted more like artifical strawberry milk flavour. For lunch, I went to the House of Tofu Soup Express in Henderson Mall and ordered a taro slush for $5. For a place that is not known for their drinks, their taro slush tasted better than my strawberry slush.
