Grill City — Restaurant in Edmonton

Very poor experience, we had went here for filipino breakfast. I had informed the Tita who was serving us that my partner has an Egg allergy.

She then packs my food with egg (which i was fine with) however she then proceeds to use the same tongs that she grabbed an egg with to serve my partners food.

For people with allergies beware as cross contamination in this place is bad. They have 15 other tongs that they can use but chooses negligence.

To top things off, the lady at the cash till looked upset and looked like she did not...

I wasn't paying attention when buying these two pieces of salmon! I didn't get any sides, just the salmon and was charged $13.99 per piece! Even if they came with sides, how can you sell these for $13.99? On top of being small and overpriced, they were so dry that I needed a sauce to be able to eat them! I don't normally leave bad reviews, but I will not be getting food from them again when I visit Seafood City and I will not be recommending this...

I ordered Pork BBQ, Pancit Bihon and Rice via DoorDash. My honest opinion is, this is not worth it. needs more improvement. Pork bbq was under season and doesn't taste like real Filipino cuisine. Pancit Bihon was extremely over cooked and under season. Disappointed and not going to order again. 1 star, ill give no star to be honest because they used cheap kind of rice and they doesn't know how to cooked...
