Excellent service , process of placing order and impressive menu. ordered pizza 1st time .Shared our concerned on the tomato sauce quality , customer care on chat box immidiately took corrective action and offered another one similar only, though I was ready to pay the difference for chicken. Just wanted to share I didnt even know that I will be offered another Pizza Thank you excellent corrective action. Right after that chat we got a call from store and gentleman started explaining about how Panago is using this sauce and it has same sourness from last 20 years and reminded us he will not give another pizza free if we find the sauce sour again and another pizza will not make any diffrence and will taste the same.. OMG ..Instead of simply asking for diiferent sauce he was trying to be defensive unencesarly and had to tell him that we didnt beg for another pizza - it was offered. Just to get out of his Panago Sour Tomato Sauce lecture requested to put another sauce. I can say owner is not at all from cusomer...

Worst service I’ve probably received, they have incredibly rude people working there specially the old age owner he even don’t know how to talk with girls who refuse to listen to you when you try to explain what you want. I have dietary issues and have ordered gluten free pizzas multiple times without issues, however they make it an issue. You want a pizza but instead you NEED gluten free crust? They tell you no you can’t do that. Along with the fact that they don’t like to communicate at all. Every single person I’ve seen work here was incredibly rude and a horrible person to deal with.

Only delivery women is nice here who work with them .

I’ve given the place multiple chances but it’s never been a good experience.

Please don’t order from here and most of the time the don’t give you complete order they miss something in your order don’t waste time here . there are more 2-3 option in Beaumont you can try...

Poor hygiene standards in food preparation and unsafe food handling practices.

I was at Panago Pizza #98 Ellerslie Road Edmonton AB today on June 25th 2022 to order a salad.

The Cezar salad was prepared by lady who DIDN't use Gloves at all, she put her bare hand inside of the box of cheese and after that she put again her bare hand into another box of crackers and put all on the top of my salad, I watched this and I was shocked. This is totally unacceptable and she continued to maintain unsafe practicing which against AHS regulations. My big concern is a Food handlers ‑ hygiene and health at this place. I tired to contact Panago Pizza customers care, but was unsuccessful as they said their manager is away... We always ordered food from Panago Pizza, but now I really concern if they keep safe environment for...
