This review is solely based on preordering.
I preordered and paid for 5 sandwiches at a specified time for the following day on their app. This was intended for a business meeting. I was running late picking them up by 20mins and when I arrived expecting to 'grab and go' with these sandwiches they weren't ready as the employee stated they needed to be toasted. Didn't even know that was an option, but I was ok with that. Well 15mins later and 5 orders that came and went I decided to speak up. I proceeded to tell them that I specifically ordered these for a set time and now its over 30mins past this time with no finished order. The lady started to make an excuse of payment and I stopped her and said, no they were preordered and paid for (required on their app). Then she said they wanted to make sure they were fresh and to specify in the order next time that I want them at the time I picked. I said, excuse me I pick a time and you want me to further clarify this on the notes? She said yes and then just stayed there in silence. Ahhhh, so this is MY FAULT. I see. Silly me for picking a time on your app and not micromanaging your employees to further clarify the time I picked is the time I would like my order.
Also, regardless if the 'freshness' is not maintain, this would be my fault for not picking them up on the designated time. Instead of apologizing and saying "hey we didnt make your order because we are disorganized and prioritized active customers rather than preordered one". Or simply' "we messed up, sorry", I may have given them 2 stars.

1st order for pick up- they forgot to pack a side salad after we drove 20 minutes there and 20 minutes back. We have a toddler and it was supper time so we were not going to drive back. Manager or owner says he will drive it to us "right away." We got it 1.5 hours later while we were bathing our toddler because "they got busy."
2nd order a week or so later- we got two club sandwiches and both had no tomatoes which is kinda an important vegetable in a club. Oh well.
3rd order a week or two later- order finally right but was told that in the future if I requested sauce on the side he would have to charge me. Really?! I can't even get my sandwich sauce on the side?!
Annoying at best but we like a healthier option for take out once in awhile. Not sure if it's all Pressd franchise or just this one but with this one being the closest one to us I am afraid I see less Pressd sandwiches in our future (which is really too bad.)

Read moreTo be honest I wanted to give 5 star for the worker who was working inside but it seems management/owner is very bad at this location.
I was there on a Sunday afternoon and it was crazy busy. Only one guy was working inside and he was very polite as I can see he was stressed with 8 orders to make before me and few people standing after me. He took order and said it will take 20-25 mins which I was ok with as I could see there was a family waiting for 25 mins before me.
I asked him why don’t you call for help and he said he did but there is no one available. It seemed there was a poor planning and they set up worker for failure. He was doing everything.
After 30 mins I got my sandwich and it was perfect. He did not cut any corners to make sure sandwich tasted amazing.
