The sandwich artist was extremely rude, and very argumentative. I just asked for the sauce on the side with the sandwich, and she did not like that and just gave me quarter of a cup, and upon requesting more she started complaining that she cannot give me more sauce because she shall be reprimanded by the manager. Above all she is complaining about that I had sauce in my sandwich, how much more do you need, she said. This has completely put me off, and you can check the cameras that I had simply asked for little extra sauce, and the sandwich artist had to make a scene out of it. After that she started yelling in her native language in front of me and calling her manager and complaining about the experience in front of me. Been here 3 times, vegies at fresh but the tomatoes need to be CORED before slicing. I do not like brown or green centers in the tomatoes. The bread was always over cooked and very crusty even when I asked for a not well-done bun. (Now 3 starts) . Below from 2018 (1 star) The Owner was in the back on a personal call. She was loud and we all could hear her talking about the weekend and staff problems. The only other staff member was doing everything. He was not listening to the customers as he made many mistakes (NOT a sandwich Artist). With 5 people in the lineup, it was well over 15 min to get my sub.
