First inquired about a preferred special advertised on the official Domino's Website, and provided the visuals and page it's self on my phone.. I was told "no" that offer wasn't available. Then I was told it was, but at other Domino's locations. Then I was told it was available but only online. Each time I politely pointed out the information from the site that indicated otherwise. Eventually the employee refered to my cell phone to acknowledge the coupon code associated to the deal. And proceed to ask me what size pizza I wanted, clearly choosing to fail to politely acknowledge his repeated error in telling me "no"the Domino's Offer advertised wasn't available. I selected a size and pizza according to the details of the selected deal as well as referring to the digital menu in the store. And again I was told "no" that didn't apply. Again when I would repeat what was written on the website and in-store menu. He would follow up with a question continuing the order process having changed his mind, but avoided politely saying so. Then he told me I could only have one Large specialty pizza two medium (I didn't even apply the multiple toppings included, cheese only). The employee then...you guessed it๐..Told me "no" only two..so once again I referred to the company website info to clarify that it said three. And eventually the order was placed. Interestingly He didn't say "no" when it came time for me to pay๐ถ... :)... The pizza was very disappointing and over cooked my kids asked me the following day where I had got that pizza because it was horrible and this coming from Children who most often when asked, prefer broccoli and carrots over junk food. This food and overall experience, was just that..junk. Hopefully this Domino's Pizza location chooses to offer and do better for customers then they did that evening? I'll leave that as an assumed question because I don't plan to return to that particular Domino's Pizza location to find out. ...
ย ย ย Read moreI can't wait to move from Hamilton just to have access to a better location than this one. I placed an order yesterday and all my pizzas arrived burned. The other items seemed alright and I didn't open my last box because everyone was full and it was just supposed to be the cookie brownie thing so we didn't open it. I went to have some today and noticed it was a whole other pizza. So apparently someone got my brownie, I'm assuming they called and asked for their pizza, and nobody bothered to check my delivery which went out at the same time. What about those quality checks? Where was the follow up? I called and they were OK to send a box out to me today (I hadn't ordered in a while because the last time they messed up as well). Almost an hour later, I get a call from the driver saying he is there. I am babysitting for some extra income, have a sleeping child around and a dog, so I'm trying not to step away from my door. After being on the phone way too long trying to get the driver to doubke check the address, I run around the front and find the driver at the wrong house number (even though he kept saying he wasn't) just not even bothering to walk around and check. I had to rush him to just give me the brownie so I could get back because I didn't even want to talk to him long enough to tell him what a jerk he was for lying on the phone saying he checked the houses. What a lazy jerk. Never again,...

My wife ordered a large 14" Hand-Tossed pizza with onions, jalapeno peppers, hot peppers, pizza sauce, and cheese, and requested it to be well done, with oregano, crushed red peppers, and garlic and herbs. It was her first time ordering from Domino's, and she bought it for four people.
While the order arrived on time, the pizza had an excessive amount of spices, making it too spicy for two of the four people to eat. After only a couple of slices, two of us felt a burning sensation on our tongues because of the overwhelming spice level. We called the store and requested a replacement due to the issue, and they did send a new pizza.
However, shortly after, we received a call from the same store. The person on the line rudely told us that it was "unfair" to request a replacement since we had already eaten half of the pizza. He went on to say that he would blacklist our number and that we wouldn't receive any replacements in the future.
This response was extremely unprofessional and unethical. Instead of acknowledging their mistake, they blamed us, the customers. The rude attitude of the staff and lack of customer care was shocking. I'm attaching a photo of the pizza as proof of the issue.
We will never order from this store again and will be escalating this matter to Domino's...
