Unfortunately, I cannot leave a review on how the food was because we couldn't order any food. We called around 8:15pm to ask if we can still order take-out, they said there's too many orders at the time and it will be an hour wait if we order which would make pick-up time at 9:15pm, well past their closing time. We said we're willing to wait since we've been excited to try their food. So I said I will call back in 2 mins to figure out what we would like to order. When I called back 3-4 times they didn't answer the call anymore. We decided to walk to the restaurant to order and wait there. As soon as we asked the lady there (might be the owner not sure) she said the wait for take-out is 1 hour. I asked if that's okay for them since they close at 9pm. At this point it's already 8:30. She just kept staring and saying, 'it's 1 hour' and I said, okay I'm willing to wait, she then stared again and asked 'you will wait?' And this went on a few more times. So I decided to politely leave their half empty establishment. I really felt she was trying to politely turn my order down but it came off as very rude. So just for next time, just say "I'm so sorry, our kitchen is very busy and could no longer take orders" Instead of being rude to a customer who was very excited to try your food. I'm not leaving this review to criticize, I just hope next time you won't be rude to customers because we really felt embarrassed with the way you treated us when we've been nice and polite the whole time. Shall you show any courtesy as your reply online, I would not write this review. But instead of admitting your mistakes, you try to distract everyone from how you really acted—pointing and yelling at us, something no business owner or adult should do.
Let's set the record straight: we waited almost an hour for our food (your computer said 40 minutes without evidence. Our photos showed we ordered at 7:10 and nothing was on the table at 8:06). When we politely asked for an update, we got a rude "do you want the food or not?" Yet, you claim our friend was the one yelling. Really? Where's your proof? You may also show your recordings about how we were treated when leaving.
This is how you treat customers? That's not COURTESY. That's DISRESPECT.

We were waiting for an hour without any food on the table and the server never cared about our time, but other tables are all served well. We were INSULTED by the restaurant owner and the chef that they POINTED AT MY NOSE and verbally ATTACKED us. I am still in a panic attack when writing this. This is a terrible place....
Read moreso one of the worst experiences. Started with when I walked to the restaurant , it said closed on the door when it said open online. So i called and got to know it indeed was open , they just forgot to flip the sign( but its ok everyone makes mistakes). I get in to order fried rice as I just work upstairs and wanted someting for my lunch. placed the ordered and was told that there's 30 mins wait( shouldn't be that long but ok might have been busy). So server told me she would call me once its ready. 45 mins later I walked into the restaurant as I didn't get the call. this is what i get as an answer : " your order is not ready , I said i will give you a call . we have this large family in( which weren't there when i placed the order) and have another big take out order. you are just upstairs right , we'll give you a call when ready to pick up" now it has been been 1 hour and 10 mins, my break ended long time ago .
