My food never showed up and when i called about my order the manager Richard was very rude and just kept making excuses over and over again...the delivery person never buzzed my apartment 404 and i have been living here for 12 years...all he kept doing was making more and more excuses...i have been receiving orders for almost 12 years and now all of sudden i have to leave a buzz code when i never needed one before...he told me he would not deliver my food because i was angry about how he acted...and his attitude was that he could careless about how i felt...i told him the customer is right and he said i am not right at all...every order i have had delivered from papa johns in the past was done thorough the buzzer number...i have always had my order delivered with no issues using my buzzer number...mistakes can happen but it is the attitude of the manager richard that is disgusting and gross...Richard does not act very professionally and he never apologized at all...Richard continued to blame me and accuse me of being in the wrong...i have ever experienced a manager so rude and disrespectful EVER...Richard should not be a manager by the way he acts...Richard should have just had my order redelivered and apologized but instead i was verbally assaulted and disrespected by papa johns manager...i am very disgusted by the...
Read moreThe customer does NOT come first with this crooked "establishment"... They have incredibly rude staff who seem to be unable to properly make a pizza, let alone make a correct pizza. When I submitted a complaint regarding my horrible experience, I had to wait well over a week until I finally resubmitted my complaint because I still had not received a reply back.... Eventually, whoever replied to my message was beyond cold and unprofessional and should seriously consider a new line lf work. I am furious that I paid an outrageous amount of money for a pizza that was not even close to what I ordered including two sides that were burnt, dry, and unappatising due to a rancid smell let alone taste. Read moreI placed an order at 1 pm for 2 pizza via online for 3pm. My situation changed and needed to pick up the order at 1:45 instead. I started calling the store for 35 min and no one answered the phone so I drove there instead. I told the store manager and her staff that I need my order now instead of 3pm. They said it takes 12 min to prepare the order. At 2 pm I went back finding out they didn't prepare my order. When I asked why, the manager said the order is for 3 pm!! I had to explain everything to her again and she accused me of not telling the truth so I showed my phone that indicates 10 phone calls to store with no response. Then she blamed her staff instead and I reminded her that your employee explained everythingto you in front of me.
