I feel extremely disgusted and angry with my recent experience at Baskin Robins Mavis and Britannia location. My daughter got a double scoop of world class chocolate icecream in the cup as a takeout order and just after 3 bites she found a long hair mixed with the ice cream. We drove back to the store and my daughter went back in to return and get her refund back. I was in the car watching the whole thing. This girl in picture was at the counter and I saw her making another cup of ice cream for my girl. I rushed inside as I didn’t want her to eat the icecream from the same container thinking it could have been contaminated. When I went in I was told that since “the manager” isn’t in the store so a refund isn’t possible and she will be given a replacement icecream. Mind it the girl in the picture had no hair covering or hair net and had her long hair down in a pony. When I intervened, very rudely she told me that because the manager isn’t there and they cannot give us a refund. I told her at no cost I want more icecream from the same bin and would like to get my refund. She got really angry and argued with me denying about her hair not being in a net and that she wasn’t there when my daughter came in. when I told her that I will be putting the picture of this hair and will leave a Google review, she angrily gave me the refund in cash. I told her that I will be complaining to the manager to which she said “WELL I AM THE MANAGER”!. I told her why did u lie about manager not being here, she replied well it’s my choice. I was appalled by her behaviour that not only she failed to realize the issue in first place but also lied. The other associate stood there quietly and watched the whole drama and I could tell she was upset by the whole behaviour. I felt really upset as how she wasn’t letting me talk and continued to interrupt me Everytime I was asking for my refund. When I left the store she kept point towards us and was telling rest of the customers her version of the story which was probably full of lies like her failing to identify herself as the manager! Read moreThe worst place for cakes ever. I ordered a cake for my son’s birthday.
Took it home and had it distributed to the kids and as soon as they took the first bite they said it is bitter and spitted it and then none of the kid was able to eat because of the taste.
I throw those pieces and as soon as the party ended took the cake back to the branch where I said I might be wrong but I want you to try and the employee agreed that it is bitter but the manager and owner wouldn't talk to me and said leave your number and they will call tomorrow morning which obviously they didnt and I had to go back to the branch.
When I went back, the manager was there who refused to accept the cake is bitter and said the employee here yesterday was a part timer and after arguing she said I will call our owner like she was doing me a favor and then she finally called the owner and gave me the phone.
The owner started like it was my fault saying, I harassed their employee and I clearly told her that I walked in yesterday didn't speak, respectfully said to the employee that please taste the cake and he did and accepted it is bitter and I even said I know you are just working here and I know it is not your fault everything is on camera but she just didn’t want to accept they made a mistake.
She had the audacity-of saying that you cannot bring anything from outside and hold her responsible as soon as it leaves our branch we are not responsible to which I said you want me to cut a birthday cake in your branch taste it and then take it home and ruin the cake.
This all was very humiliating and unacceptable.
This is just a heads up to what you are walking into.
I am attaching the receipt and the remaining part which I took back because I distributed the remaining to the kids which they threw away obviously.

Read moreThe rating was so high but I am so disappointed with this place. The person who was serving us today treated us badly. He is named KYLER. I and my mom was trying to get some ice cream for tonight and ordered 2 scoops of ice cream. But he takes the wrong one. So my mom was trying to catch his attention and his reaction was getting high. He throws the scooping spoon hard into the water (idk what to call it). Then he ask me to say it one more time. His voice was loud and his attitude was disrespectful to us. He said because of the mask and the shield he couldn't hear it properly. I understood and repeated it nicely. But his face kept staring at us and his voice start to get louder and louder. My mom get uncomfortable. His attitude make we shock. He holds his name tag and introduces his name to her (like judging us). When my dad wants to talk to him, he gets away and not coming out. What kind of serving customers like that? We paid to get good ice cream and serving. But not for him to yell at our faces in front of people. I feel he is racist to us! I saw him being nice to another customer and then being like that with us. What is wrong?! we just want to get our ice cream with the right flavour to deserve with the money paid. If you want to have a good serve never come around 8:40....
