Starbucks — Restaurant in Mississauga

I am a regular customer of this location. Today I bought a large Caramel Frappuccino and came to home. When I start drinking at home, I found that it's smelling like some grass from the glass. I saw the glass from outside and found few grass pieces were stick to it. I immediately called this location and the girl who picked call was in tbe management team. Her name is Cell. Beyond my expectations, as I was feeling bit awkward telling her about the bad smell from coffee but this girl was just awesome. I told her the whole thing and she was so nice that she immediately said that I can come to store anytime, get a full refund and a complimentary coffee. I said I will come with receipt and coffee. Beside this I told her that I don't want to make any complain against anyone as things can happens to anyone. She was very happy with my polite reply. I was not in an intention to get another coffee for free but just as a normal human behavior I went there as I lived vwry close by. I told her about phone conversation and she immediately recognize me. Without asking any question she just gave me full refund and when I was about to leave she offered me another coffee. I took another coffee and was about to pay but she totally refused to charge and offered free coffee as a token of respect towards the customers. It was her honesty and loyalty and above all her training. I will 100% recommend anyone to this location. It was merely just 8 dollars refund but I got a million dollars respect and best customer service from her. I am again writing her name here. Her name is "Cell"and I am writing it again so that may be it can come to the notice of her superiors management team and she must be rewarded time to time by her organization. She is the best. So I love Starbucks so much, I’m a frequent flyer but to be honest, I haven’t been going as often just because everything has become so expensive. When I saw there was a 3 dollar deal for iced coffees I had to jump on it! I ordered, what I thought I would like, got it in a flash and just as fast realized I hated it. I quickly asked someone who was obviously so busy to please give me more syrup. He generously gave me so much more and I still hated it. I asked another person, what happens if I hate it? He smiled hugely and said we will remake it for you! I was like omg no I feel so bad because I don’t even know how to make this better. Three baristas at this point were helping me, telling me the iced coffee recipes, how they are usually made with cream, not milk (I used milk) how many pumps of syrup were used and I just kept repeating “make it like you normally make it” because I didn’t know what to do and I started feeling horrible because they were all so busy!! Then the angel Pree came over and was just so sweet and literally saved me. And everyone else on her team FROM me!!! She said “I want to make sure I know exactly what you want before I make your drink.” I told her I had no idea what I wanted but I knew I liked iced lattes and if she could just make me that I would pay extra. She lovingly waved that off and made me a completely perfect new drink. I started thanking her telling her how sorry I was but so thankful she just took care of everything with ease and you know what she said? She was like “don’t worry about, it’s just coffee!” I smiled so big and let out such a sigh of relief and I literally had shivers on the way out the door. Best Starbucks location in this section of Mississauga to sit and enjoy the atmosphere. Nitro Cold Brew coffee with their accompanying velvet tasting cream is available. Their newest coffee dispensing equipment happens to be in the middle of a long woodtop bar where single patrons are welcomed with a familiar greeting as one would expect to get an upscale hotel bar. Unique atmosphere than all of the chain coffee establishments in the area, including the other Starbucks locations.

Perfect for those of us who work on the go, with mobile offices, as this location has ample single seating with an area suitable for small group to sit together. -- And conveniently located near the hwy401 entrance.

Coffee aficionados will LOVE the reserve brews available here and other locations with Nitro brew available; such as the Guatemala bean and Kenyan.

Staff seem enthusiatic and happy to be there. Knowledgable and forthcoming with coffee notes. I listened as Barista/manager Christine invitingly explained the Clover machine and foam process to a group of senior patrons. Bathrooms were clean, as was the whole establishment inside and out. Baked goods were in short supply. I'm assuming it was from foot traffic higher than forecasted, as this location is new. Long awaited and Well done.

March 6 2019: I was looking forward to my next Nitro Cold Brew. 2nd occurrence was this afternoon and previously on Sunday. I was disappointed though, as the Nitro Cold brew with clover cream was NOT available!! (beyond staff's control). Bad look for a premium international brand's flagship location in this part of Mississauga. Overall, well worth checking this...
