Update on the below review as well as the rating. Went back last Saturday and the experience was quite different. We were served by Kamille- a true epitome of service with a smile. The food thankfully was what I had expected it to be- potatoes are hot, the crepe was great. Overall it more than made up for my first visit to the store. Thanks Hatem for listening to your customers and for taking the time to read and reply to reviews. Appreciate it.

Went to their branch at Square One yesterday, Aug 2,2024 and was seated promptly as there were not a lot of people at that time(815-830am). This is the first time I have gone to this location. I have been to their Heartland location multiple times and there were no issues. Totally disappointed, was served potatoes that was barely warm, all burnt and hard, in short the potatoes were obviously leftover from previous day and was just reheated. I brought this to our waiter's attention who was obviously not surprised that I was complaining about it. He did offer to replace albeit releuctantly but decline on the principle that the food that came out should have been quality checked. Don't wait for your customers to point it out to you. Would like a reply from Mgt why in the first place would you allow any of your team to serve leftover potatoes? You are supposed to serve freshly made items, how come? With the price we pay for your food, it is just fair to serve us fresh batches of food...

I’ve always enjoyed coming back to this breakfast spot because the food consistently hits the mark. Their dishes suit my taste perfectly, especially the potatoes, which are a personal favorite. The flavors are comforting, and the quality keeps me coming back.

That said, the service can be a bit inconsistent. On one particular visit, we experienced a disappointing situation. We asked to change seats after already placing our order, which was accommodated, but we ended up waiting nearly 45 minutes for our food with no updates. No one checked in with us, and we had to repeatedly call staff over just to be acknowledged. One server in particular seemed indifferent, only taking action when we finally asked if we could cancel our order. It felt like we were being ignored, which really impacted the experience that day.

On a much more positive note, we’ve also had several great visits thanks to one standout server, Khyla. She’s served us multiple times and always provides an excellent customer experience. She remembers our usual order, checks in regularly, and makes us feel welcomed. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about the customers.

Overall, I really enjoy the food here, and I appreciate the great service when it’s consistent. I hope the management continues to train and support their team so that every visit meets the same high standard that servers like...

Finally tried this location and was happy with the food, service and atmosphere. Dropped by for Saturday brunch around 11:30AM and luckily there was no wait. This restaurant is part of Square One shopping mall however there is no entrance from within the mall. The entrance is close to the Food District entrance. There is lots of parking. There is no option to make a reservation but you can "join waitlist" and it will tell you if there is a wait. The host was lovely and had a table ready for us within minutes. The server was attentive and checked on us a few times. I ordered the latte and chicago eggs benny with spicy hollandaise sauce. Latte was nice and smooth, but not hot enough. The chicago eggs benny was delicious but was warm vs hot. The cheese wasn't melted. It was still really tasty and good portion size, they were generous with the hollandaise sauce. The spicy version has a nice little kick to it. The potatoes were perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The ketchip bottle they gave us was almost empty. We asked for another bottle and that one was also almost empty. It is very loud in the restaurant because the tables are pretty close together. The decor is cute and chic.
