Absokutely BRUTAL service!! I went through the drive through 3 times in a row!!! clerk taking money was distracted in frivolous conversation with co-workers AND completely Ignored me for about 30 seconds on all 3 occasions! Just terrible.. I then proceed to show her my offer which I announced to her before as well but she was so distracting conversation that she apparently ignored it completely I drove off to the next window and received my order and I had the sense to ask for my receipt which I never do. Good thing. Sure enough she did not apply the discount to the offer whatsoever and I paid full price . I then have to go back to the drivethrough weight twice the time that I did the 1st time to explain the situation and then there trying to give me cash when I pay with the card and I said I don't want cash End and after further delay in the food getting colder I finally got my Credit. That was not before I had to hear the manager basically make fun of the amount that the discount was 4!! These guys have no sense of customer service marketing business or just manners! But the story is not over yet unfortunately. Finally I get to the point where I can try to eat the food open it up and it was supposed to be an egg and bacon BLT bagel sandwich- It was literally missing half the ingredients and the egg was a pathetic squish disgusting looking mess The bacon looked at least 3 hours old So even though I was sick with them I still could not accept this I went to lineup in a drive-through a 3rd time How to wait even longer this time again! Show them the pathetic sandwich and acknowledge that that is not the sandwich and they make me go and park and wait even longer offer no kind of discount not even an apology They wasred my time my money and my taste buds ! This place is a perfect example of the worst when it comes to fast food and customer service and manners and decency and anything that's good. You must be damn desperate if you come to this location! Please do yourself a favour learn the easy way based on my bad experience which is not the only one I've had here by the way but this 1 takes the cake. Learn the easy way and avoid this location at all costs you have been warned. I award them negative 3 stars even though that's not even a possibility but I wanted to stay there for the record here. Let's see if the poorer excuse that passes ehs management even bothers responding to this post despite me having otherwise being a very loyal customer even though I haven't been treated anywhere...
Read moreI visited this McDonald’s restaurant yesterday located at heartland town centre in Mississauga. I was met with a very rude and unprofessional employee, who unfortunately and to my utter disbelief, said she was the manager of the store. I believe her name is joya. I asked for her name and she did not want to Tell me so I asked another employee and then finally the manager muttered her name so it was hard to understand but I think it is Joya. I presented a coupon for a meal that was $5.79 and when she rang it in, the amount came to over $11.00. I asked her how can that be since the coupon was for $5.79. She basically shrugged her shoulders and said that’s how it is and if I need more info, I should contact head office. She was unwilling to listen or understand the concept that the amount shown was much higher than the coupon. She said she had no way to override the amount and simply and rudely dismissed my concern. She just expected me to pay the $11 when my Coupon was for $5.79. I was trying to explain to her because English was obviously not her first language and she basically told me to shhhhh and “listen to me, listen to me”. She was so Rude and unprofessional and it’s disgusting as a paying customer to have to be spoken to that way in front of a restaurant crowded with customers. I walked out appalled and left my meal there and cancelled my order after she finally gave me her name. Someone really should speak to this rude manager. She should not be a manager until she learns some manners and knows how to respect and value customers. Horrible experience. Imagine having the audacity to make me pay double for a meal when I had a valid coupon and not even try to rectify the issue. If her register wasn’t able to override the amount, which I find hard to believe in today’s technology, she should have just offered me the meal anyway. Imagine losing a customer over $6?? Read moreJuly 6th 2021 around 9:20-9:45 p.m. there was a lady customer without mask on and none of the staff, or the management requested her to follow the government rules and regulations!
I believe there is a sign on the door explaining the rule of wearing a mask while on premise and requesting the customers to and the rest of us honor and follow it whether we like it or not, but as a form of respect to all other people and for their safety and well being! She (that lady who did not have her mask on) did not show that respect and care for people's safety and well being, and the business did not say anything to her, and that was a lack of respect and care for the rest of the customers!
That lady was telling people to get in line when someone (an African American man) by mistake went in front of her, while she was breaking the government law of not wearing a mask in indoor space.
All other customers had mask on, but she was treated special! Why? Because it was a female, so she gets special treatment?
All other customers just looked at each other with frustration of feeling discriminated and treated like a third class citizen in comparison to that lady! People did not want to create a scene or commotion, so they just kept quiet.
The other bad thing about this location is that the male washrooms are rarely ever clean, and it has been pointed out to them many times, but there is no improvement.
The good thing about this place, that has me give them a 3 star rating is, Nav!
