Rudest customer service. It was our first time at panera bread & we asked the cashier to recommend something. We specified we wanted a hot sandwich cuz she asked us if we want hot or cold. I got the chipotle chicken avocado melt and the cashier recommended the BLT for my friend and she said ok. We didn’t double check if the BLT was hot or cold cuz we had already mentioned we wanted a hot sandwich to the cashier. When our food came my friend was disappointed that her food was a cold sandwich instead of hot. So I politely went and told the Asian girl with short black hair who was cooking if they can heat it & she said they can’t take it back to reheat it cuz it’s already been sent out but thr is a microwave. I understood why they couldn’t take it back and was so polite and kind I didn’t blame the cashier I took fault and said sorry we should have checked but she wanted a hot sandwich is thr any way u can replace this with a different kind? She called her manager and they both started to humiliate me & made me feel bad & stupid that I am wasting food for them when I was just politely requesting something & apologizing that we didn’t double check & When I saw they were being rude for no reason I even said if u can’t it’s really ok not a problem I’ll take this. But the manager rudely took the plate and threw the food out and loudly said “why don’t we just waste some food today!!!!” I was so appalled that grown women behave and talk like this to customers I was flabbergasted not to mention humiliated. She didn’t even make a different hot sandwich like I requested she just made a BLT again but hot which we could have reheated at home so since they were being so rude they didn’t have time to really hear what the request was. I felt all that was pointless and being it was OUR FIRST TIME THERE they could have been more polite abt the situation but regardless in no circumstances should u speak to customers that way! I also went to ask for a to go wrapper and she just rudely gave me it and said “u can wrap it yourself” which I already was gonna do like ok then. Rude employees, never going here again. I hope Panera really takes these classless people out of thr restaurant and give the job to more worthy kind...

🍪Chocolate chunk cookie 🍪 Right when I went into the store, I knew I had to order one of their cookie. 😆Their chocolate chunk cookie was so delicious, one of the best I have tried. It is crispy on the side and near the middle is soft and the chocolate chunk is still melting inside. It was so so good, it is a must try! They are also freshly baked! 🫰🏻
🥪Chipotle Chicken Avocado Sandwich 🥪 This sandwich includes chipotle sauce with chicken and avocado and some cheese. 😃The bread on the outside is crispy and the whole sandwich is very filling. This is included in a “you pick two” meal which you can pick any two entrees mix and match. But you also have the option to choose a whole sandwich so I did that. It also includes a side, they have healthy options as a side like apple.🤗

On September 18, I placed two catering orders for a client event. Unfortunately, due to what I was told was a glitch in the system, only one of the two orders was fulfilled. This left over 30 people without lunch for almost two hours. My clients are staff at a busy hospital working under very tight schedules, and being left without food during their shift caused significant disruption and stress.
To make matters worse, when I realized there was an issue, I attempted to contact the store immediately. Myself and two colleagues collectively called more than 50 times, but the phone went unanswered. This lack of communication only heightened the panic, and I was on the verge of ordering pizzas as a backup when the food finally arrived—two hours late.
When the order did arrive, the boxes were also incorrectly labeled, adding to the frustration and disorganization.
This experience negatively impacted my virtual lunch-and-learn event and left my client both panicked and dissatisfied. I respectfully request compensation for at least one of the orders, which was missed entirely, as this level of service was unacceptable and far below what I expect from...
