Turtle Jack's Sussex Centre — Restaurant in Mississauga

I love Turtle Jack's. I've been a loyal fan for years now, since their humble beginnings.

It was my dads birthday and Jennifer was great she put up with our jokester friend with grace and kindness. I chose the Sussex location on purpose because of their grand opening email mailing. It opened just a week before. I got all excited because Mississauga Square one is my old stomping grounds. Wow what a change!

They are still working out the kinks like any new opening it has its growing pains but, I know with certainty and the Turtle Jack's brand things will soon thrive.

The app for scanning your receipt barcode to collect TLC points isn't working a week later. Says "...they can't find my cheque and will notify me when they do." Had to call them to look into getting me my points. Person said they'd call me back. I know they will. Since Jennifer had to go to huge lengths to get me receipt. Thanks Jennifer for what you did. She really was great! We had a great time.

I'm very much looking forward to the next Turtle Jack's location...

Hands down, one of the best dining experiences I've had in a long time! Turtle Jack's truly exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met.

The food? Absolutely phenomenal! I ordered the chicken pasta. and it was cooked to perfection. The flavors were rich and delicious, and the portion size was generous, to say the least.

What really impressed me, though, was the exceptional service. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and made great recommendations. The manager even stopped by to chat and ensure everything was to our liking.

Overall, I'm so impressed with Turtle Jack's. The combination of outstanding food, welcoming atmosphere, and top-notch service makes it a must-visit destination for anyone looking for a great dining experience. Can't wait...

The food is horrible I don’t know how they get 4.8! I wish I could get a refund for my food if I can! We ordered ribs (part of them were so dry and burnt it hurt my tooth!) we switched the fries to poutine, the gravy was so salty, and the cheese won’t melt! We had calamari as appetizer, they were so soggy! Look at my photo, It’s a Sat night after Xmas, no one is here… we thought to have a nice dinner but the food is so bad we wasted our gathering! Overall the food sucks, I really want my $ back. We didn’t finish the food (we weren’t even full… ) towards the end, we found out the kids meal is supposed to come with a drink, but they never asked… horrible experience… I’ve had turtle jacks and they were good, we are never coming back to...
