I'm gonna start off by saying one employee was extremely RUDE!

I went to get a dessert, after having a great supper at the afromonde festival.

walked in ordered two blizzards. my boyfriend wanted the Reese's Royale, but they had no peanut butter. So he asked for just reese and the guy (big white guy) looked confused. I got a strawberry cheesecake blizzard . well he flipped the Reese one and told me he couldn't flip mine cause it was soft. Being all rude in french. I said I don't want this it's soft." I ordered a blizzard. I don't want a milkshake. He stated to another worker you do it cause I'm not redoing it.Who does that! who treats customers with absolutely no respect. To the Owner: I’m writing this review because my experience at your Dairy Queen location in Old Montreal was absolutely unacceptable. I came in and politely asked for extra toppings on my Blizzard — a simple, reasonable request — and the male employee behind the counter was shockingly rude. He rolled his eyes, gave a snappy, condescending response, and acted like I was a burden for even asking. This kind of behavior is totally unprofessional and reflects terribly on your business. If this is the kind of staff you choose to employ, then you’re not taking customer service seriously. Tourists and locals alike deserve basic respect when they walk into your store. We were visiting the town and wanted some good ice cream ...we noticed the following Poor customer service,, big mistake with the bill..not wanting to return our change back until we had to remind them about it ...which is 8 $ that was supposed to be return back to us . Extremely rude staff and horribly made sundaes and ice cream .
