Very disappointed in this place. For one, it smelled like stale smoke and was outdated. The music system was constantly glitching and the songs were very limited. Worst of all, our group was significantly up charged. The menu said $70/hr, but we were charged $93 plus tax. Seems as though the $23/hr up charge was a forced tip. In extension to this, two of our friends left earlier in the night, and were charged. Once the rest of us settled our bill, we were charged again for their same portion of the bill. As for the drinks, when it came time to pay, there was a forced tip included. But this wasn’t made clear. So you end up tipping twice. What an absolute scam this place was. Only good thing was that their drinks tasted good but were watered down...

Avoid at all costs, they will scam you out of your money. We were a party of 10, and a worker explained the fees at the very beginning of the session: 40$/hour for the whole party but everyone has to buy 1 drink, or 17$/person and a drink is included for everyone. Since we had reserved for 2h, the worker explained that the 40$/h would be cheaper for us (coming up to 14$/person (4$ drink + taxes)). But, when we went to pay at the end, the SAME worker charged us 17$ per person anyways, saying that there were "service fees"! And when we asked what these service fees where, they couldn't give us a proper explanation... Argued with them for about 20 minutes, but then just gave up and paid the 17$... They made an EXTRA 30$ of...

The place looked fine. However, the guy attending us at the bar already added the tip for our drink order in the price he was giving us. The pitcher was 60$ for literally water tasting drinks. At the end when we wanted to pay, he added the tip in the final price without telling us. We were 3 persons, we paid 23$/ per person to rent to karaoke room (before midnight) and other 23$ (with tip included) for the water like drink, very small cups.
