I had one of the most disappointing dining experiences at Punjabi Kitchen, and I feel compelled to share it so others know what to expect. From start to finish, the service was absolutely pathetic. The staff seemed completely uninterested in providing even basic customer service — no greetings, no proper attention to our order, and when issues were brought up, they were dismissive instead of helpful.
The food was just as bad. The chicken we ordered was incredibly chewy and tough, almost inedible. It tasted like it had been sitting around for a long time or was of very poor quality. On top of that, the momos we ordered were so poorly made that we had to send them back. You’d think that if a customer returns food because of its quality, they’d be accommodating enough not to charge for it — but no, they still billed us for the returned momos, which is just unacceptable.
When I brought this up, the staff did not even apologize or try to make it right. Instead, their attitude made it clear that they simply didn’t care about customer satisfaction. For a restaurant, that’s just shocking.
Overall, this was one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. Poor-quality food, terrible service, and zero accountability. I would not recommend Punjabi Kitchen to anyone looking for good food or respectful service. Save your money and go somewhere that actually values its customers, paid $120...
Read moreVery bad food. Far from authentic. Not worth it! ————————— Adding reply here because google wouldn’t let me add a reply to the restaurants comment -
I TRIED finishing the food because I’m a Jain and because of our values we don’t waste food. Not because the food was good. So I FAILED
Can you confirm what you mean by “ Clean and empty plates” ? Because we picked paneer and Chaap out of the curry and left the rest of it because it was so gross. Are you sure you saw clean plates?
Papdi chaat has Mathri instead of Papdi. Chaap is made with ready to eat tomato paste with tons of red chilli and no flavour. Shahi paneer has a thin liquid & sweet gravy. Very small and few paneer pieces.
We told you while we were there that the food was bad. We gave you an honest review. Didn’t we?
Instead of asking us what you could have done better, you revert back offensively.
Good luck running a restaurant with such bad food and even a worse...

Punjabi Kitchen Restaurant is truly a hidden gem! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere that instantly makes you feel at home. The food is absolutely delicious — rich, authentic Punjabi flavours that remind you of a home-cooked meal.
The butter chicken was creamy and perfectly spiced, the naan was soft and fresh, and the lassi was refreshing and full of flavour. Every dish tasted like it was made with love and care.
The service was excellent — the staff was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was just right. The portion sizes are generous and offer great value for money.
Whether you’re craving traditional Punjabi cuisine or just want a cozy place to enjoy a hearty meal, Punjabi Kitchen is the perfect choice. Highly recommended!
