EDIT: Another manager Tyler reached out to us and was so kind to discuss and support us after our less than ideal experience with their staff. We really appreciate your help.
We were so looking forward to having lunch here, and while the food tasted great and staff on-site were friendly…. We had food poisoning shortly after (note that we did not have anything else to eat and were in great health before coming in). I understand food poisoning can happen to patrons even in the most well-kept places but the conversation we had with the manager was something else. We gave them the courtesy to let them know that my bf had been feeling unwell and WOW were we gaslit. Perhaps we were expecting some sort of compensation because having food poisoning is no joke at all, but at minimum not dismissed. Manager goes to say quality of their meat is always great quality (even better than home, what?), they had hundreds of orders yesterday, and there was no way it could have been their food (because apparently all the millions of microbes act the same way giving you symptoms a few days after - false). We were so turned off by how we were dismissed that it didn’t matter if they offered us a free meal when we visit again. It’s a shame because we were genuinely looking forward to coming here. Read moreIf you’re looking for a taste of authentic Lebanese cuisine Omnivore is the place to go! This spot delivers a perfect balance of bold flavors, fresh ingredients, and generous portions that keep you coming back for more.
Let’s start with the Beirut Sandwich: it’s an absolute masterpiece! The wrap is warm, soft, and perfectly grilled, holding together a delicious mix of spiced meats, fresh veggies, and their signature garlic sauce that’s perfectly tangy and creamy. Every bite takes you straight to the bustling streets of Beirut, offering that classic shawarma flavor with an elevated twist.
The Omnivore Plate with Beef is just as impressive. The beef is juicy, tender, and marinated to perfection, with the spices bringing out a savory depth that’s irresistible. The plate is beautifully arranged with vibrant tabbouleh, smooth hummus, and fluffy rice, all complemented by crispy pita chips and pickled vegetables. It’s a feast for both the eyes and the stomach, offering a little bit of everything Lebanese cuisine has to offer.
The attention to detail, consistency, and warmth of the staff make dining here an experience rather than just a meal. Whether you’re grabbing a quick sandwich or enjoying a full plate, Lebanese Omnivore nails it every time. Highly recommend for foodies, families, or anyone looking to explore the rich...
Read moreThe food was DELICIOUS and the portions were generous. I loved that Tiffany the waitress served us our garlic potatoes plates first, before the shawarmas were ready, like she knew we were starving (we were). Her smile and friendly attitude made the experience really agreeable from the beginning till the end of our supper.
The shawarmas were really tasty and I like the they were presented. The chefs did a really good job with the food. The battatas were fried in a way that wasn’t too greasy and the spices were perfect. There was a lot of garlic sauce on the side which is good. My friend got the beef shawarma and I got the chicken one, both were delicious. The combo with the lemonade is perfect : you get a lot of potatoes, a tasty sandwich of your choice and a marvellous lemonade that has a subtle taste of rose water and orange blossom water. It’s 20% without the taxes for these 3 things which is a good price for everything we get.
I really liked the decoration of the restaurant, I think it’s warm and casual at the same time. I loved the middle Eastern vibe. The only thing lacking would be some low volume music but I liked that it was calm and relaxing. I would go back 100% and I can see how it’s a comforting restaurant...
