Great food as usual. Wonderful variety despite Covid. Our health is well taken care of—-hand sanitizers everywhere, Plexiglass protecting the food and a staff member dishes out the food choices you have opted for so no possibility of anyone touching ladles or being in contact with the food —beyond the staff member in question. In short, it is no longer a buffet in its original sense though it still has many food options—-much more than elsewhere. Staff Members were very welcoming, friendly and helpful and all new measures were clearly explained as you entered. As an older person, I’m very cautious and concerned re Covid, so much so this was my very first meal out since Early March, but the cleanliness, and specific measures, barriers etc did put me at ease. I ate on the St Denis terrasse and enjoyed watching the world go by. I recommend this place warmly and highly. One suggestion for Management: have the staff wear masks rather than the less efficient visors!! (Read about the differences between...

Absolutely a must go restaurant! The food and service were both fantastic.

I cannot get over how delicious every single dish and dessert was! Upon entering, we went up the stairs into one portion of the restaurant. When we hesitated to enter the buffet area (a serving style that can be a bit difficult to navigate for vegan individuals) we were right away greeted right away by two friendly staff members. There were plenty of staff to give help and answer questions where needed.. shout out to the manager Eric!

Although the signage explaining the pricing for the buffet didn't appear to be anywhere in English, each individual food was clearly labeled both in French and English and listed all ingredients as well as highlighted any common allergens (lactose, nuts, etc) and food preferences (vegan, etc).

The restaurant had tons of seating options so you could choose the kind of atmosphere you wanted.

This is the type of restaurant that ever food eater can...

Great vegetarian buffet! The selection is excellent and the food is delicious. One thing to know is that you pay by weight at the buffet. If it's under 1 kg, there's a set price of 15 dollars. If your plate weighs more than 1 kg, then you pay according to the 15 dollars/kg rate. (if you get the take out box then you pay according to weight and the 15 dollars set price does not apply) I didn't know that and the first plate pictured ended up weighting more than 1 kg and being 20 dollars which is expensive for me. So next time I'll probably get less stuff since it was too much to finish anyway.

update: it's next time, and I'm here again. They have similar things as last time but different items too. I ended up sitting at the terrace they have at the back which is lovely. The food tastes good again and this time I've managed to get my plate under 1 kg and ended up only...

During my visit to Resto Végo St-Denis, I experience good customer service; employees working the first floor near the entrance are helpful and nice. The Burrito Quinoa Vegane is really good. What I really enjoy about the meal and feels elevates the flavors of the meal well is a creamy texture throughout which I taste with every bite. The side sauce comes cool (literally like low temperature) though offers a flavorful slightly spicy touch to the warm burrito. I find the meal filling and satisfying for dinner though I think ensuring the meal is satisfactorily warm is necessary. I find a few cooler than warm spots with my burrito. Overall, I think the meal is fine though the temperature of the food needs attention (from my experience).

So being a vegetarian & visiting Montreal, I was excited about this restaurant. Unfortunately I was very disappointed. The food is priced by weight & there are a lot of options. Only problem is most of the options do not taste good. How smart of the restaurant to use ultra heavy plates for food...🤔. It feels like most of the weight is from the plates. 2 plates averagely filled cost almost $30. Desserts fared much better as there were more tasteful options. I am surprised by the good reviews as I found food to be boring & flavorless. Also the specific dishes don't taste like the cuisine. For example quesadillas don't taste mexican at all. I guess to each their own.🤷🏽‍♂️
