Sure it´s about the food, but it´s also the experience and the way interact with the owner or staff. Though I never quite got why he was cooking with sunglasses on. I loved my Pasta Fagioli soup which was pure comfort food, like home cooked dish. So warm and hearty, it even fills your soul. And the sausage was the real kicker. The pizza was decent too, though it felt more like a breakfast pizza with its fluffy dough and was rich with the flavor of olive oil. Their chili oil were solid, too. He was giving out meringue cookies to every table that day, and they were packed with vanilla flavor. The most surprising part was the Cannoli, we were shocked it wasn’t sweet at all. I even went up to the old Italian owner (if I got that right?) to ask if he forgot to add sugar. But no that’s just how Cannoli is supposed to be. Mind-blowing. What were all those Cannolis I’ve had my whole life? But still, it was sooooooo rich and packed with Ricotta and Mascarpone cheese. It was a bit heavy after the meal, but I couldn’t leave a crumb. The cappuccino, though was not as impressive felt more like a flood of milk with just a dash of espresso. He mentioned they first started running the pizza place next door a long time ago and then opened this restaurant more recently, though I’m not sure if I caught that right. If I go back to Niagara Falls, I’d definitely love to check out the pizza place too. Definitely recommend this spot if you’re visiting Niagara Falls and are tired of the same old American tourist diners. Just keep in mind that they don’t accept cards, only cash (though they do have an...

It took 40 MINUTES to make 2 cappuccinos that were sub- par for an Italian establishment.
We didn't even order food.
Waitress said it would be 15-20 min wait for coffee.
Never replenished our water
Waitress said she would grab sugar for us and never did.
We had to wait 2-3 minutes ( turned into 5 min interaction) for her to grab our change to which she couldnt figure out what 50 - 11.30 is.... it's 38.70. She gave us the wrong change back 3 TIMES.
Then told us it's not 38.70 and then said oh you're right but I don't have any pennies for you to which we said you mean dimes right?
She took back the nickel we were originally given, gave me a single dime and then when I explained your still short insisted she gave the correct change saying "it's 38.70" when I pointed out she only gave me 38.1 she then decided the let us leave with 38.75
What is going on here I don't know but I will...
