This experience started very well as they were accommodating and they gave us a booth when asked.
Down fall - they failed to mention how cold it was when you took a both as their heating wasnt great
We ordered pop and coffee and 60$ worth of appetizers and let me tell you they are amazing!! So yummy! (Only down side the appetizers were on the chilly side right from when we got them! Add on that it was cold at our seats it didnt take long for those to be super cold)
We decided to proceed with main course regardless, as we understand things happen
But this seems how they get you in to their restaurant as things went down hill real fast
So orders were surf and turf (lobster tail and filet mignon) and the other filet mignon!!!!
The steak that was for the surf and turf was suppose to be med/rare and the other med/well
The steak that was surf was blue rare, and the other was rubber well done
We asked if we could get them remade as it was blue rare and very well over done!
The Manager whom took forever to get to us, was super rude. Took the steaks back and then brought it back only a min or 2 after
They were the exact same steaks and cooked the exact same way!
I once again brought it to the managers attention and he said that's what they do they stick it back into the pan and cook it and give it back!!
Well ok in a way for the undercooked one but how do you uncook something?? 🤔
Yet even with the undercooked one the fact that it was mixed with lobster means now you are looking at cross contamination.
The steaks, lobster, fries looked so pitiful and after seeing what they did after we had no choice but to send it back, I was not trusting it!
More rudeness and absolute disrespect from the manager ( we also heard him yelling at the staff instead of talking to them like a human, it's not their fault you have no management skills nor the management abilities to diffuse a situation)
I ended up paying 60$ for cold appetizers, rudeness and cold 🥶 seats and a very...

Read moreOur orders took quite a while to come out despite the fact that the restaurant was sparsely populated when we had ordered. When my family's meals finally arrived, I was still left waiting for mine. Two other tables, who arrived AFTER we had ordered, were served their meals BEFORE my burger came out. That was a total of 10 people plus 4 from my table. I complained to the server who was very apologetic. After waiting a good deal longer, I asked to speak with the manager. After introducing himself as the manager, he proceeded to lie and spew a lot of useless chatter (including that the kitchen staff was doing their best and that my burger "might have been given to another table by mistake"), he offered me a 50% discount on a $15 meal. I calmly and respectfully told him that the length of time that I waited for my meal, I felt that it should be complimentary. He told me that he would go and speak with the "manager" and "kitchen" and come back. He never did return and was obviously avoiding our table. It was also obvious that we were a topic of discussion, because the other two servers would walk past and state at our table. Confused, I clarified with our server that this man was indeed the "manager". At the end of the meal, I had to ask for the manager regarding his decision. He insisted that he could only give me a 50% discount as previously stated. He was aggressive and rude in tone and manner. When our server came with the discounted bill, I asked him to remove the discount as we were not hard pressed for money. It was the principle of the gesture to comp the meal. The manager is a weak coward who is not suited for that position. Our server was much more capable. We have him a...
