Niagara Falls Sightseeing Tours — Local services in Niagara Falls

My family and I visited Niagara Falls the last weekend in September, 2024. We wanted to see as many of the highlights as possible in one day given our short visit. We decided to go on the five hour tour offered by Niagara Falls sightseeing tours because it covered many things, including going on the boat up to the Falls, the cave that goes behind the falls, and the Skylon Tower. One additional factor was that the tour company would pick us up at our hotel. To our pleasant surprise, our tour guide, George, was just fantastic! He was prompt, knowledgeable, and super friendly. We found out later that he is from the area, which explains why he knew it so well. We had many questions for George, and he had the answers. He really made the tour super enjoyable. If I could recommend him for some award, I would definitely do so because he is sn asset to this Tour company. Whilst we enjoyed the boat ride and behind the falls, the entire trip was very rushed. There were too many people doing different things on the coach, most came from the Toronto area which was surprising and had had all the info of the tour. Whilst those that got on at Niagara were Left wondering what was going on. Pick up location was not provided and caused confusion, which delayed the tour. Both on behind the falls tour and boat tour we were left with tickets to find our own way, at one point left with a member of the coach tour trying to find the way to the boat tour. Syed was quite good but his English wasn’t great and talked very fast so didn’t understand most of the tour. In fairness we did see things in Niagara which we probably would not have.
