I gave this business a one-star rating and that is generous. unfortunately, a zero-star rating is not an option. My son went to Niagara Falls with a friend and her family a couple of weeks ago. He and his friend shopped in the store without the presence of adults and were allowed to purchase 2 rather large knives, which we as parents, are not pleased about. He lost his receipt, and when I called the store today to ask the manager for (at the very least) a credit, she indicated that it's too bad but there's nothing they can do without a receipt. Our telephone exchange became quite heated and she wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise; however, she was quite happy to tell me to "hurry up and say what you have to say, it is very busy here today". Extremely rude and disrespectful. She wouldn't provide me with her name, nor would she provide me with her boss' name or contact information. When we were barely out of the door, the filmsy plastic bag they gave us opened up at the seam, causing the coffee mug to fall to the sidewalk and broke. The plastic bag wasn't even carrying heavy things. We went back to complain about the inferior quality plastic bag they gave us, asking for a replacement of the coffee mug.
