Frank's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Niagara Falls

I think what I enjoy most about this place is their dough and their sauce. I wanted to cut the crust off the pizza and eat it on its own. I came in to pick up a takeout order and it wasn't quite ready so I sat down and within a minute or so I looked up and noticed how welcoming the dining area is. Love the hanging lights, would love to know where they got some cause i would definitely consider something like that in my home. I could picture myself going for dinner there and enjoying it.

One thing to note is if you're a combo kinda person, which I definitely am sometimes, they did not have any pizza/wing combos, so I had to order both separately. Either way it wasn't over-the-top expensive, but as someone who works in marketing and customer service (and also one who probably orders too much takeout), if I could make any suggestion it would be to consider doing a combo or two, if only to keep up with the competition. And now that I think of it, there aren't too many places that offer a combo with like a salad and pizza and wings, for those of us who like to imagine we are healthy while eating our takeout. Something like that would set a pizzeria apart from others, as far as I'm concerned, as I usually wish I had one but cannot justify paying 6 or 8 bucks to buy one separately but I also don't feel like...

Seeing as everyone is commenting on the steak subs I will comment on the pizza. Their pizza is so good..the crust is thin, the sauce is so tasty and the items are amazing so you cannot go wrong with getting their pizza. I took a shot at ordering their chicken Caesar salad and it was the best choice I've made. I order the chicken Caesar salad everytime we order from their now. The dressing tastes like Kraft Caesar dressing which I'm not a big fan of and think it should be Renee's caesar dressing for sure but the chicken is cooked to perfection and seasoned just right. The lettuce is fresh and crunchy. It's just so worth getting their salad. Wings are good and saucy. And last but definitely not least, their steak subs!! If we don't order pizza from Frank's then it is definitely for their wonderful steak subs. They are worth every dollar spent. The steak is mouth watering, and items are so fresh. I would get one every day. Frank's is a little on the pricey side but with the way everything is going up in price these days it's expected but it's all worth it for sure! We get our orders delivered everytime and they are so quick that we can't even touch our food when it arrives because its that hot. The food has always been pretty good. However I dread calling everytime because the women who takes my order is consistently rude and impatient. Will not be ordering again. Last night I placed an order for delivery. The driver knocked and wasnt answered immediately so he entered my home. Did not even attempt calling 1 of the 2 numbers I provided. Just entered my home. I found him in my living room which he tried to claim he mistook it for an apartment. My shoe room has every sign of a family home. I live in a house with a porch. I proceeded to ask the driver to exit my home, I then paid for the pizza (no tip of course) and figured since I was reasonable I could call Franks and recieve reasonable compensation or information on the driver. Both requests were denied by Frank himself who told me it was an honest mistake for his driver to be in my home. I have a 2 year old and its very rational for me to be upset at this blunder. Frank then hung up on me. The customer service has been consistently poor but this was an over the top experience for me. My business will be taken else where and I would not suggest unless you are okay with being spoken to...
