Updated review Dec 25, 2024- For a long time i have always felt that Inchin is the only place in Niagara falls where you can get quality food in comparison to other restaurants but i withdraw my good review as restaurant has degraded their quality. I hope they improve their quality.

2023 Review- Inchin's Indian Kitchen is a culinary gem that takes Indian cuisine to new heights, blending traditional flavors with modern twists. As a lover of Indian food, I was excited to try this restaurant, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the vibrant ambiance to the exquisite flavors, Inchin's Indian Kitchen offers a delightful fusion dining experience.

One of the highlights of Inchin's Indian Kitchen is their diverse menu, which showcases an impressive range of Indian and Indo-Chinese dishes. The fusion of these two culinary traditions creates a unique and exciting dining experience. Whether you crave the familiar comfort of traditional Indian dishes or the bold flavors of Indo-Chinese cuisine, there is something for everyone here.

The restaurant's ambiance is both inviting and contemporary, with modern decor and a lively atmosphere. The attentive and friendly staff adds to the overall experience, providing excellent service and guiding diners through the menu with enthusiasm. Their knowledge of the dishes and their recommendations were invaluable in navigating the extensive selection.

Now, let's talk about the food itself. Each dish at Inchin's Indian Kitchen is a harmonious blend of flavors, striking a perfect balance between traditional Indian spices and innovative ingredients. The appetizers, such as the crispy vegetable spring rolls and the flavorful samosas, are a great way to start your meal. They are perfectly crispy on the outside and bursting with savory fillings.

Moving on to the main course, Inchin's Indian Kitchen offers a plethora of options. The Gatte ki sabji, a classic Indian favorite, is prepared with a yogurt-based sauce that is rich and creamy, perfectly complementing the succulent pieces made from chickpea flour. For those seeking a spicy kick, the vegetarian Manchurian with its Indo-Chinese flavors is a must-try. The tender Manchurian balls is coated in a tangy and slightly sweet sauce, delivering a satisfying explosion of flavors.

The Paneer Tikka, marinated and grilled to perfection, is a delightful combination of smoky flavors and creamy paneer cheese. The Vegetable Hakka Noodles, tossed with colorful vegetables and aromatic spices, are a delicious representation of the Indo-Chinese fusion cuisine.

To round off the meal, Inchin's Indian Kitchen offers an assortment of desserts that are both indulgent and satisfying. The Gulab Jamun, a traditional Indian sweet soaked in sugar syrup, is melt-in-your-mouth perfection. The warm, comforting flavors provide a sweet conclusion to the meal.

Overall, my experience at Inchin's Indian Kitchen was nothing short of exceptional. The restaurant's commitment to innovative fusion cuisine, combined with impeccable service and a lively ambiance, creates a dining experience that is truly memorable. Whether you are a fan of traditional Indian dishes or seeking a new culinary adventure, Inchin's Indian Kitchen is the place to be. I highly recommend indulging in their diverse menu and savoring the delightful flavors they...

An Unforgettable Culinary Experience at Inchin’s Indian Kitchen – Niagara Falls

A Royal Taste of Rajasthan & India in Niagara Falls!

If you’re in Niagara Falls and craving a truly exceptional Indian dining experience, look no further than Inchin’s Indian Kitchen! This place is an absolute treasure that brings the authentic flavors of Rajasthan and India right to the heart of Canada.

The food here is phenomenal, especially the Chinese delicacies and biryanis — they are beyond incredible! The Hakka Noodles, Chili Paneer, and Veg Manchurian were packed with flavor, perfectly cooked, and beautifully presented. Each bite offered a burst of Indo-Chinese fusion done right. And the biryani selection? Absolutely divine! The Chicken Biryani, Mutton Biryani, and Paneer Biryani were rich in spices, cooked with care, and tasted just like home — or better!

The magic behind this flavor explosion is none other than Head Chef Mr. Shivraj Panwar and his incredible team of chefs, including Chef Mrs. Pushpa. Knowing that Chef Shivraj is from Rajasthan makes the experience even more special. You can truly taste the soul of Rajasthan in every dish — rich, royal, and full of heart. This team isn’t just cooking — they’re telling stories of Indian heritage with every plate.

And let’s talk about the service — absolutely top-notch. A special shoutout to Vikrant and Sahil who made our evening unforgettable with their warm hospitality, professional attitude, and attention to every detail. They were knowledgeable, welcoming, and truly cared about our experience from start to finish.

Inchin’s Indian Kitchen is not just a restaurant — it’s a celebration of Indian flavors, culture, and hospitality. It’s rare to find a place where food, service, and ambiance align so perfectly.

Highly, highly recommended. I’ll definitely be coming back — and bringing...

This restaurant was absolutely amazing, from the delicious food to the service from the wonderful restaurant staff. There was no dine-in inside the restaurant as a result of COVID-19 and renovations happening inside, but there was patio seating available. As my partner and I were waiting for an available seat, the host kindly offered us water to drink and we had a wonderful chat until a table was available. We ordered the goat laal mas (recommended by the host), bullet naan, garlic naan, chicken Hakka noodles, which were extremely DELICIOUS. The spice level for the goat laal mas was exactly how I wanted it to be (I would recommend if you love spicy food). The bullet naan and garlic naan were hands down the best naan I have ever tasted. At first, the waiter brought out veggie Hakka noodles, which we only realized after we had eaten it and noticed there was no chicken. When the waiter learned of their mistake, they immediately packed us chicken Hakka noodles and some chicken fried rice to go, which shows that they really care for their customers. On that note, their chicken fried rice was the best chicken fried rice I've ever had. Also the portions may look small in the bowls they serve it in, but we put the dishes in a medium sized takeout container directly from the bowl, and it filled it up! This restaurant is run by a family whose parents are the chefs! So you really do taste authentic, homemade food as if it's your parents cooking. Overall it was an amazing experience and this restaurant has now become my favourite Indian restaurant in Canada. My only regret is not ordering the masala wings too (also recommended by the host), but I will definitely next time I go back to Niagara Falls!
