I wasn’t sure I was going to do this but after my experience and the lack of follow up from management I’m inclined to warn others on this. Ordered food from here the typical thing I get is the bird crunch sandwich. I get my food and I start eating the sandwich and get about halfway through to realize one side of the chicken patty was raw. I have never had such undercooked chicken in my life and I’m pregnant. Uber eats fullfilled the order so they did give me the refund on the sandwich but I also called the restaurant because that was just unacceptable and so unsafe. The manager didn’t offer anything more then a refund on the sandwich (which was already fullfilled), a sorry and that she would talk to kitchen staff about temping. She told me she would call back the next day to check in but she never called to check in (which honestly is the least that could have been done) which made me question how seriously they actually were taking it. I ended up going to the hospital for mild stomach cramping that night to make sure the baby was alright and then been paranoid ever since (listeria is rare but can take a while to show up and is incredibly dangerous to an unborn baby).
I’m not sure what I was expecting in the situation but I just don’t feel like it was taken as serious as it should have been (especially with the lack of follow up/ check in on how I was doing). There would be no reason that chicken would be served that raw if proper procedures were followed, which makes me think the cooks don’t temp. The amount of stress and waiting in a hospital was just insane and it never should have happened. Won’t be returning which is a shame since we used to eat and order from here all the time.
Writing this review so people are aware and that when eating you check and make sure each bite is cooked through as I would hate for this to happen to...
Read more*Surprise we were back- unfortunately Alisha was off, but that manager was there (boo) same experience (horrible from her, not pleasant, like guests not sitting at the bar are an inconvenience) and you could hear her yelling in the kitchen, not pleasant at all. It was also very quiet no music or sound even with football on! Hopefully that gets foxed soon! Hoping to come in and catch Alisha or Becca before we head back out of town until next summer at the end of this week!

Read moreThe pizza taste was ok but was overcooked. Where's the cheese as you can see the pizza is paper thin?? Ingredients were 3 inches from the edge of the crust. Really lacking on cheese. Wings were ok extra sauce would be great as the wings absorb all the sauce. Won't order again I'm not sure if they know theirs cheese on pizza? There was a very loud obnoxious man very very loud talking. Think he was an owner or manager but not an atmosphere for me. Gave me a headache listening to him talk, like he wanted the whole restaurant to hear him. He did exactly that you could have heard him a block away. No thanks to Nick's and Angelo's The pizza was Frozen in the freezer shortly after trying to eat it . I forgot that my wife threw the leftover in the freezer, there for that's why the pictures were posted later I guarantee you that's what it looked like when I opened it up when I got home! It's not very good business to basically call a paying customer a liar!!And as for the person who was very loud they were sitting near the bar area and some employees were talking to this person. He had greeted some customers when they came in. The restaurant was fairly empty it was around 4 pm so I don't think you had draws going on. A pizza that thin and overcooked what the hell do you think it's going to look like. You said it wasn't fair that I posted the pizza pictures a week later! Who leaves pizza out for a week even a day! It was out in the freezer within an hour of receiving it! I actually threw it in the garage because it was so disgusting! Take ownership of what you served up to a paying customer. Some people just can't handle the truth thee proof is in the pictures. You know the old saying pictures are worth a...
