Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Niagara Falls

Okay, this is my local and so convenient location, Tim Hortons in my area. I have driven by Tim Hortons when I was younger and I would see so many people standing outside, sitting on their own lawn chairs that they brought from home and I would just giggle and would always think that I could never be like that (not that I'm saying it's a bad thing for ask of you who might do this in the summer at your local Tim Hortons... not judging 😊). Anyways, as I got older I stayed going to Tim Hortons for drinks and donuts, but never was a regular. Being an adult now, I can say that I am a friggin' REGULAR!!! I love the Tim Hortons that I go to. The staff are so great, besides some of the wait time, not their fault because they are not the ones ordering. There are a few times though when wait times are a little ridiculous and no one is in line. But aside from that, the staff are so great. I don't know your names (sorry about that. You told me once but I didn't quite catch it though), but you are all so kind when we come in. Even the basket in the back comes out to day go with s huge smile on his face. It's not a place that you can walk in to on a bad day and still leave with a miserable look still sick to your faces. They some how have a way of making your mood change for the better, of course. Always so nice and ask about my day and how it's going and it's just nice to hear sometimes. Thank you for everything you guys. I think you all should get a promotion or raise or something. It would be well deserved, I think, for you guys anyways. Rashmi, you are the first one I asked what your name was because I first started taking to you and I think you are so kind. I see how you are doing sometimes and it's worrying. I don't like seeing you in pain. I'm happy you are back from going back to your home for a bit. I've been going to this time Hortons all my life and have always been an exceptional customer always polite always tip. Recently hired a young lady m, been there about a year, she's always rude and short, messes up orders all the time and refuses to fix items claiming it was my fault, even tho I've been ordering the same things for 20 years. Now normally I just brush it off, you know people have bad days and wasn't going to hold it against it, however today I was blatantly lied too about the espresso machine not working, I requested an ice capp with a shot of espresso, was told it was broken and that's fine, but as I was leaving, one employee asked why we weren't getting espresso and when we told her the machine was broken looked confused and proceeded to make my friend their espresso, I switched my order to a lemonade and was so upset that I was lied to, I placed my drink on the counter and left. Never have I been treated like that at any establishment, and will not be going back to that Tim Hortons any more, it's a shame considering that's where me and my family get our coffee everyday, plus breakfast, snacks etc. Hope you can resolve this so no other customers have a bad experience the way I did, but I doubt I'll...

If there was a 0 rate that's what they would have gotten it was disgusting I was not in pressed on how they treated me at this location I was bullied by staff and a victim by another customer on there watch and they blamed me for it im the one who called the police and reported it

Management only cares about there staff not there customers I was bullied by there staff for no reason They let people sleep in there all the time and they don't get harassed by the staff They attack me because I don't do drugs or anything and it's wrong
