I've been going to this time Hortons all my life and have always been an exceptional customer always polite always tip. Recently hired a young lady m, been there about a year, she's always rude and short, messes up orders all the time and refuses to fix items claiming it was my fault, even tho I've been ordering the same things for 20 years. Now normally I just brush it off, you know people have bad days and wasn't going to hold it against it, however today I was blatantly lied too about the espresso machine not working, I requested an ice capp with a shot of espresso, was told it was broken and that's fine, but as I was leaving, one employee asked why we weren't getting espresso and when we told her the machine was broken looked confused and proceeded to make my friend their espresso, I switched my order to a lemonade and was so upset that I was lied to, I placed my drink on the counter and left. Never have I been treated like that at any establishment, and will not be going back to that Tim Hortons any more, it's a shame considering that's where me and my family get our coffee everyday, plus breakfast, snacks etc. Hope you can resolve this so no other customers have a bad experience the way I did, but I doubt I'll...

Management only cares about there staff not there customers I was bullied by there staff for no reason They let people sleep in there all the time and they don't get harassed by the staff They attack me because I don't do drugs or anything and it's wrong

Read moreIf I could give zero or negative stars I would. Do not go to this location. The food is horrible quality. But food apart the CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SOO BAD. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in my life and I mean it. They’re so worried about there “time” but can sit there and argue with you over the stupidest stuff. They got mad because we told them to make the drink properly because they forgot the foam we paid extra for. Then three of them literally sat there and fought with us WITH NO REASON. WE PAID EXTRA FOR IT. So you’re telling me that you can make our order wrong and use “time” as an excuse but then have time to sit there and fight with us with 10 minutes.
