I just discovered this little new gem in Oakville by accident on a banking trip. This is a place where perfect service delivery systems can be witnessed. I was served within a minute upon arrival by the manager himself. Very friendly, hospitable, well trained and competent staff. Ambiance is just right with Southern decor and lighting. Only missing piece was soft Mardi Gras music. New and immaculately clean place for a quick take-away, lunch break or for a family evening with baby-friendly dinning room with high chairs. Strategically located near a major intersection and is surrounded by many service providers such as grocery, financial, banking, real estate, heath and personal care. A variety of daily specials is attractively priced. Most above crispy-outside and juicy-inside chicken was perfectly done with the theme spices. A little less sodium could be appreciated.
PS. I made another trip today to the store after my banking, for two reasons. One; I was hungry, it was lunch time. Two; to participate and use the coupon I won from the feedback program. There is no pleasure for customer than seeing that there is a connection between the management of the business and the customer. There was southern music in the air today; this in my feedback last time. The loss of relationship between the two parties, which is academically described as “mission-lost-status” is what you see these days in major players in the service delivery systems. This was one reason, among a few others, for me to be a happy customer today. The feedback program is great in many ways. That creates repeat and loyal customers while a steam of communication is developed. I arrived when there were more than 8 customers in front of me. Manager and the two staff members were milling and yet sustained with the same customer service enthusiasm they displayed last time. Kudos to the owner; there is always an able entrepreneur behind a smiling employee. Amazingly I was served within 4 minutes of my arrival. I visited the washroom. It is well appointed, immaculately clean and is well equipped with handwashing facilities. With a brief exposure to the winter weather; my car was parked in front the bank, the surface temperature of the Potentially Hazardous part of the take away; chicken read 61C with the infra-red thermometer. After a few minutes of driving the scone was still warm and pleasantly crispy. There were many diet choices available in the cold beverage dispensing. This review is not about the quality of food but the customer services & basic undrestanding. Today i ordered diffrent multiple items and along with one of plater the order taker gave me foutain Extra large glass for drink. i requested her to kindly give me a reguler size bottle instead of this glass as i am not comfortable to use this glass in this covid situation and then carry this to my home for my kid. She replied that i have to pay $1.29 extra for replacement .... i didnt say anything and swip my card again for $1.35 (withTex). i mean seriously if i ordered a reguler combo for a home delivery that always comes with disposable bottle but if i request a disposable bottle for understood reason you are charging me extraaaaaa. Found this location and thought we would give it a try. Ordered using the online ordering system, prepaid, system said “order will be ready in 20 minutes (5:09 PM)”. Walked in at 5:08 PM, was told my order would be ready in 10 minutes. After the extra 10 minute wait I asked again at the counter about my order and was told “we are working on it, your order is conning up next.” During my wait, 3 customers that had been walk ins had, ordered and been served their orders, while I was waiting. After 24 minutes of waiting in the restaurant I was finally given my order. 45 minutes from the time I placed the order!
