This store itself is really lovely, clean and has a fantastic variety. My family and I personally love Purdy’s Chocolate… and generally this is my go to store. Recently… I was in the store with my son and had to witness one of the staff being really rude to another Mom and son. This boy maybe 8 years old took (quite carefully) a Halloween Box of chocolate off a shelf and this staff member rushed over, grabbed the box and then scolded him because he could have knocked the whole display down. A complete over reaction. The Mom looked shocked, boy nearly in tears. Even my son then decided to didn’t want anything and we all left. We are reluctant to go...

Had them select the chocolates no caramel and mainly milk chocolate truffle style. The server tried several times to put caramel chocolates in there and was quite confrontational about there being caramel in it. I was given creams, caramels and coconuts. No milk chocolate truffle style. No straight up milk chocolate. Might as well just got a box instead of dealing with the less than adequate...

The chocolate here is so good! It is a little pricey but its a great gift for birthdays or Christmas. I definitely get this every year for someone.. Other than that, the ice cream is pretty good and a fair price for what you get (dipped in dark or white chocolate and nuts...
