Hungry Bite — Restaurant in Ontario

Driving in from Toronto, we found one restaurant open and we were so excited for some sort of Asian fusion restaurant. We were meeting with what we thought was a friendly gentlemen, who is making additional suggestions about what we wanted to order the food took a very long time to make. We were there for a substantial period of time and being that there were two of us. It was quite difficult to wait for the other person‘s food to come out because it’s made wanted a time, the food was very mediocre, but where the one stars come from is afterward when the gentleman who I believe is the owner started to write up the bill. Turns out you’re able to just decide whatever the prices are at that moment and then argue with the customer when we are showing them on Uber pick up , after he saw them, he still continue to argue saying that they didn’t update the prices. These weren’t small price differences either some items had an eight dollar difference on them. Also to hygienically all you could hear was him in the kitchen, blowing his nose, sneezing coughing, and never once did I hear water running. I understand maybe at 5 o’clock in the morning they might be dealing with people who may be under the influence, but, even if I was under the influence (which I wasn’t ) , I would’ve noticed how horrible it was. Also, too, I’ve never seen an owner claim that a delivery driver was blackmailing him because he was saying it was a long time waiting for the food and it’s never ready. I would’ve never written this review or gone back to that. Had I not seen that. Unfortunately, with Customer Service like that I don’t anticipate seeing it open, not much longer. I have no idea what you were talking about with me having alternative IDs I have never written overview about you once before. If you read your reviews, my friend, all you do is deflect your problems and your horrible customer service. I have made over 100 reviews and I’m telling you right now I am not making more than one on you, I would not waste my time with a place that will not be open that...

Had catering done here with Chapli kebabs. One of the best we have had in all of Canada.

Followed this up by several other visits and had chicken wings twice (with different taste profiles) which were very well cooked and they were not breaded, pure chicken goodness.

The chef can cook anything to your liking, you just need to give him time and prior instructions. His tea is awesome as well!

I’ve tried this place at least 4 times and I can’t get enough.

I got beef and chicken burgers today which were well made and more than fulfilling. The beef burger had a fried egg as well which gave it a nice touch. The fries with it were well made also.

The best part is that this place serves hand slaughtered halal food in downtown Windsor. This is a great addition to the local eateries.

I have only seen improvement in his dishes with each feedback. Greatest thing about the dishes here is the healthy aspect as everything is cooked to the highest quality. Can’t wait to try the steaks here!

I wish the best to the restaurant owner and I will be definitely a regular here for as long as I am here.

The food here was amazing! I was hungry at 5 am and found this place open 24/7, went in and the owner was really nice and welcoming! I said I didn’t want anything heavy and he recommended the bruschetta, which he made fresh on the spot. They were absolutely amazing and so flavourful, the perfect snack! I ordered an extra samosa just to try them, and it was also delicious. I highly recommend you try this place, especially when there’s nothing but fast food open it’s a great option to try something different and healthier :) Thank you to the owner for being so kind, I wish you the best of luck with your new business and I’m looking forward to trying...
