There service was uncomfortable. Not warm and particularly friendly. Just all business and asking what we want.
There are water bottles on the table and the server didn't ask if we wanted a beverage or even point out of the water bottles were for sale, left over from the last guest or for sale. Don't make me guess in your restaurant. Based on other comments, it looks like we aren't the only guests annoyed by this.
When ordering, the server asked if we wanted something else to accompany the 2 dishes. I asked, "Like what?". She responded "like rice?". I said of course. Apparently rice is extra.
Now let's think about this, have you ever had most any Asian food that doesn't automatically come with Rice? Yea, me neither.
Just include the rice to curries and increase your prices. Don't be difficult and choose to charge for every little thing, doing something completely different than other area restaurants.

Read moreStaff needs to be trained on customer service and owner scams people. I have dined in once or twice, a few weeks ago my mom was craving onion kulchas so I ordered 2 to-go, when I came to pay & pick them up the girl at the cash said my total was almost $23. I checked the menus, each kulcha is listed at $8, why am I being charged $10 each? It's not about the extra $4 but the principle. First the girl insisted its $10 each, then she left for a very long time to speak with the manager and came back with "the owner raised the prices but we haven't updated our menus yet." Meanwhile I see the manager walking by me to glare at me but he didn't say anything to me. Eventually I was told "okay just pay the full amount and then we'll give you change back for the amount we overcharged." No apology for...trying to SCAM. I definitely didn't pay the full amount, and to confirm I checked their menu prices recently and it STILL says $8 for a kulcha so they were clearly being sneaky that day and who knows how many people they've overcharged. Check your bill! It's probably just by a couple of dollars each item so you won't...
