Don't waste your time and money with this restaurant. Our food was stale and burnt, the woman there was rude with an attitude problem and we were overcharged, they went out of their way to update their 'new price' after complaining. They'll end up charging you more than the menu they have using an excuse "that menu is 2/3 years outdated, our updated prices our online" only for you to check online to see that the prices online don't even match with what they are charging you. Food: We ordered a garlic cube steak and a beef rib teriyaki both came with rice, miso soup and a salad. Beef rib teriyaki was burnt to black, garlic cube steak was stiff as a rock and the sauce was awful; taste was sour and didn't have any hint of garlic as advertised. The rice that came with both dishes were cold and the miso soup was way too salty than what it should of been. Price: Initially when we saw the price of the garlic cube steak and the beef rib teriyaki both were priced $19.99 and $18.99 online. We decided to pickup the food since it was relatively nearby. When we had reached the restaurant and paid, the receipt we got back charged us $46.31 instead of $44.05 meaning we were charged an extra $2.26. We didn't notice this overcharge in the order until when we decided to order an extra eggplant from their menu which costed $4.99($5.63 HST included) but realised we were being charged $7.90(HST included). Both our receipts did not include a breakdown of the cost of their items so when we asked if we could get a breakdown for the cost and why we were being charged more than what was stated in the menu. They said their menu was 2-3 years outdated and told us to look up their prices ourselves online. This is a restaurant that can't even be bothered to update the pricing on their menu for 2-3 years. Later on after complaining to them about the food and the prices over the phone, as we had discovered that the price that we were told to check online did not tally with what we were charged on the receipt. Less than 1 hour of our complaint the prices were somehow magically updated online. Below are photos showing the pricing of the items listed on their website before and after our complaint. Service: The woman there had a major attitude problem. When we decided to complain to them about the food she told us "We don't care, go ahead" Obviously it seems that they have no disregard for the quality of food they are providing to the customers. When we asked them why our beef rib was burnt to black we were given an excuse: "It's normally this colour, it's suppose to look a little bit burnt and we are not cooking Korean styled beef" You can check the pictures, but I think "a little bit burnt" is quite an understatement. Being overcharged is not the part that is ridiculous, it's the part where they are overcharging you for the quality that they are giving. Imagine getting charged $54.21 for a burnt piece of meat, steak stiff as a rock and cold rice. Save yourself the trouble and stay away from this restaurant. You're better of finding a different restaurant.

For anyone who are planning to order from delivey app Please don't. I ordered 2 of "Daily Box 2" ($18.99) and garlic cube steak. They are coming with such a lack of amounts that is completely not worth of any money they put the price on. I chose as #1 - chicken teriyaki and sashimi 8 pieces of chicken teriyaki came and sashimi came witn such a weird colour. Pictures couldn't show, but it looked so dark. #2 - Beef teriyaki and shrimp teriyaki First of all, it came with salmon teriyaki, not beef. I have a salmon allergy. I would have to go hospital if I didn't notice. Garlic cube steak? .... for real. This cost 10.99 yet the amount it shows, not worth it at all. Not even taste garlic and tasted sour. I ordered this by ubereats and they couldn't help me anything beside refund for the wrong items. So if you are planning to get them from here by delivery, there are many other restaurants that gives better quality with decent price or at least worth of money you will spend for.

The only reason there is even 1 star posted is because i cant post this without a star, it may be a long read but it is much worth it to find out what your eating here. i have never ever in my life experienced such horrible service i am absolutely disgusted and disappointed that human beings can be so careless, unkind, and unbelievably disgusting. i attended osaka yesterday with two other people that witnessed everything that happened, we had came before lunch was over and told if we wanted all you can eat it had to be ordered all right away we did not get to decide if we would want more or if we were too full, the salmon tasted horribly off, and there was a hair in the white rice that i was told i lied about and we let that all go we were still paying no matter what we all work in the service industry and understand, so when we ordered everything we thought would be enough and had a small amount left over, which all fit into one container, and were informed we would have to pay which is usual at most all you can eats but when instead of explaining to a customer in a regular tone she proceeded to say "its all you can eat not all you can waste" every single restaurant has food waste it is inevitable it happens, im sure we have all over shot our stomachs and how much they can handle, but on top of all of that when trying to ask why there was a 15% gratuity she repeatedly asked if "i was clear" while pointing to her head, then while continuously arguing with all three of us and yelling at us while we were consecutively asking her to stop harassing us, we were paying her money cash in hand over 80$ and she still had the audacity to yell at all of us and let out that "they needed to try and reuse the food" REUSE THE FOOD, ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! the hair i found was probably from somebody else at the table that was there before me!! i was so disgusted i wanted to vomit right away, when we all caught on to what she had said she kept yelling at us all to leave, i asked for my change back and was handed my change on a bill tray to make things more difficult so i put the tray on her cash register and said i did not need the tray she then proceeded to whip the tray at me as i was leaving and when i told her i will be calling the police she chased us out of the restaurant and SPIT IN MY FACE. i have took every legal matter possible and this will not end in them getting away with treating customers like this, i gave them business of almost 100$ that hour i was there alone because i have to keep buying cans off pop off them if you want any sort of refill, was the only customers in the entire restaurant and she assaulted me, im so utterly disgusted that a human being would act like an animal and spit on someone. i STRONGLY advise everyone stay as far away as possible from this place, there is millions of other sushi restaurants that are amazing and may be a few more dollars but a few more dollars to not get treated like a piece of dirt sounds alot better too me.

i to say the least will never ever forget this experience and will forever be cautious of where i eat out now, they are reusing food that has ALREADY been served to other customers, you really do have no idea what people in the service industry are doing to your food and it...

Went here to order sushi to go. Listened to the lady repeat my order twice to the chef as she punched in the price. After paying for our order we sat and waited for a few minutes then the lady says she undercharged us and still owe an additional $20. Which was outrageous and she demanded we pay now. refused to acknowledge the additional money owing didn’t add up. Before entering the restaurant I looked up and added the cost before hand and what was paid already exceeded the anticipated amount. The lady took great defence to being called out for being a liar. Twice she repeated the entire order out loud and I was shocked when she outright denied doing so. the lady refused to listen and would talk over you and interrupt you constantly. She would raise her voice if you tried speaking to her. Eventually I had to raise my voice to be heard but I that just made her louder. I don’t understand why she wouldn’t stop talking for a moment to find a solution to her error but wasted time arguing to deny full responsibility for her mistake and wouldn’t listen anyone. Wouldn’t refund either, She ruined my appetite being so volatile, she was so loud and seemed to have issues with communicating to people with respect. She also held food hostage unless we paid the extra $20. Then eventually gave up her fight and let us leave with our food. When I left with the food I later realized she took out food we were charged for. My mistake leaving so quickly without looking in the bag to see if she tampered with it. I just wanted to get away from the yelling. I doubt she would have gave us our paid for food if I called her out. The cashier is a liar, unprofessional and a thief. Worst restaurant experience...
