Curry Club Restaurant — Restaurant in Oshawa

Ordered the same chicken biryanni I always order through skip the dishes instead of walking in as I usually do. I place my order and skip notifies me the restaurant does it's own deliveries so the driver can't be tracked. Instead the app gives me an estimated time of delivery. I get a call during the estimated time of delivery and the guy(owner) is complaining saying driver(he is the driver) came to deliver and left because no answer and now he has to come again. I had received no calls.. I was specifically waiting for their call but I apologized and said I'll be waiting downstairs. I go pick up my food and a quarter of the box is missing biryanni.. it was clear as day that the man(owner/driver) had reopened my box and taken some food out of it as revenge or extra compensation over the $5 already charged for delivery fee. How do I know this? Because when you walk in he fills the box to the top with biryanni.. this box: forget about it being full.. there was a whole corner of the box missing biryanni as if someone took out a large scoop of it and just left an empty hole in its place. The same guy(owner: name is kazi. Wears glasses and has a beard) who will smile at you and act friendly to your face will cheat you if you order through an app, and will blame you for his own problems such as inability to call someone upon delivery and telling them they should come down for their food. Let it be known that I rarely ever leave a bad review but I've been disappointed multiple times by the food here.

The first time I ordered food from them I received the wrong order. It had also taken them an 1hr30mins to deliver the order, despite telling me it would be 40-50min. They do their own deliveries even when ordered through skip so you're unable to track the order as well.

The second time I got food from them it was inedible and absolutely terrible. If I couldn't see the dish that I was looking at, I would have assumed it was a bowl of salt. You couldn't taste any spices or flavours except salt. The rice I had ordered with it thankfully wasn't salty but instead incredibly plain, and barely had any fixings that were supposed to be in it.

When I had called the restaurant to see if we could work anything out, I was met with rudeness and they refused to help in any way.

Fraud restaurant. I doubt that this is even a restaurant. I believe what they do is just charge the money and donor deliver the food. I ordered from the restaurant in Oshawa. I already have unit number in my address as special instructions in the app by default. The application also has my phone number. As I always order from skip the dishes as it is and gets delivered.

For this order, no body called me and I was Told that unit number is not there for the order which is a complete lie. I called the restaurant even after an hour when my order was not delivered. He just said no food is coming and I need to call skip the dishes to get my refund. I paid around Cad 30 for the order above all that he said that he will not send the food again.

I seriously feel that this restaurant is a fraud who might be taking money from people and actually not sending the food ordered. Skip should remove it from their portal to save...
