The bubbletea is so tasty. Depending on who's making them, you can have barely any toppings or an actual good amount which is pretty annoying considering the drinks are ~$9.

I still go since I love the mango pomelo sago drink.

But the service is terribly slow. It often takes over 20 minutes just to get one drink. I've learned to always order online from wherever I am and then go and pick it up around the 25 minute mark.

Most of the staff also aren't fluent in English and there's a giant plastic wall between you and the cashier too so it's hard to hear/understand each other. I've often had them put in the wrong order so always double check your order on the screen. This is also why I order online now, it's so much easier than yelling back and forth with the person.

There's also nowhere to really sit and chill. There's two little tables which is more just for people waiting for their drinks since...

First and last time I'll ever order there. Huge waste of time and money for me. Ordered on snappy, I went there to get my order and was told that the bubble tea store was closed and I should come back the next day. Could not go through the receptionist at all, whatever i say, be it requesting my order to be canceled or my money to be paid back, the only answer I could get was that the bubble tea store was closed and I should come back the next day (to get my drink or my money back). I’ve been coming here since they first opened. Drinks are good but service has always been up and down - never consistently good. You can’t help being understaffed or experiencing a rush, but the staff here need to learn how to manage rushes. When it’s busy, let customers know how long it takes. If you cannot handle app orders or increase the time, then stop accepting orders from them.
