Such a cute little ice cream place! With reasonably priced fancy ice cream cones! We ran over from the beach, I came with my six-year-old who ordered the unicone…. The girl at the desk was so sweet and made it for us. As my little one wanted to take a picture, it’s extremely hot(Might I add,) the ice cream started to slip. It almost fell on the floor, and I caught it with my hands. The girl behind the counter quickly, got us a dish to put it in and offered to remake it. I said no, as it was still good to eat. And she was so extremely kind. She went above and beyond to give a little bit more cotton candy to my six-year-old who was starting to cry because it had dissolved very quickly. About 20 minutes later, I came back with my older daughter and bought the same thing. I asked her name, which was Violet. Tiny gestures, like this, in the service industry, go above and beyond to make sure that a customer has a good time. And is happy. Thank you, Violet. Agree with previous person, they do not give you money back even if you cancelled your order before they had a chance to prepare it for you, (no product is wasted). Does not matter you changed your mind, does not matter that you paid cash and they did not issue you a receipt, they will not give you your money back. I wonder is it even legal not to provide a receipt?

Dear Owner, I am not Olena. I was there when all this happened and as my order was not ready yet I offered to take the order that Olena placed and I asked your staff (politely) that they return money I paid for my order to Olena as my order was not prepared yet. Olena was not happy and all this could have been avoided if your staff just returned her money. However, your staff advised me and her that they do not return money without Owner's authorization and they will be calling you. After that statement I stepped aside and was peacefully eating my vanilla ice cream. My order was never processed and I am OK with that however, money were never returned to Olena. This is the truth and your staff will be able to confirm...

Unfortunately this time we were disappointed. We have tried the Shakes before but this time felt like something smaller so ordered the regular cones ($4.25). The flavours seemed plenty: peach, salted caramel, chocolate, mocha, rainbow. We ordered 3 different kinds thinking they will be like regular cones you get elsewhere. Turned out it's a giant vanilla cone with just a little bit of the flavoured syrup. Very disappointing as I can hardly taste the peach flavour I was hoping for. Plus the vanilla ice cream has an after taste, I didn't even want to finish it. We were a group of 7 and we ordered 1 shake and 5 cones and all of us said the same thing. Maybe we should have spent the little extra and get the $7.50 crazy cones instead but the vanilla base ice cream would have been the same and terrible.
