I have never heard so many poor reviews of a food service establishment. Yes it's new. Yes the staff are still learning. Yes it's a work in progress. No it is not ok for a manager to refuse to assist a customer. No it is not ok to serve substandard food. No it is not ok for a manager to roll her eyes and suggest a customer is lying. That is not how you run a business. What makes things even worse is that the manager passed the buck to someone who was unable to do anything to rectify the situation without the manager's approval. And then the manager is in a closed door meeting suddenly.
