Bulk Barn — Restaurant in Regina

Not happy with this store. Charged double for the one item I bought. Didn't have the Organo I went in for. I phoned when arrived home, was told they would be closed in a couple of minutes but would check the cash register and would have to phone me back. Ok, now they have my credit card number and phone number. And did phone me back. Yes, she, the manager, saw two charges and can give me a refund. But I have to go back to the 167kms to City. I asked for a text or email conformation oh no, did feel she comfortable doing that. Very shoty have my info want to hide behind land line? WHAT HAPPENED TO EMAIL COMMUNICATION? Said leave refund there . I can get when I come in. If It's like last trip to city be 5 or 6 months had to arrange a ride. Don't recommend them unfortune. The MooseJaw Bulk barn is gone. Sometimes companies read this stuff. Have rectified the situation refund and the Organo . I will go again back, just not talk during transaction watch...

We bought a pack of gummy bears at Walmart because I feel dizzy and need some sugar. After that we went to BULK BARN and I did not know they are selling candies in bulk. It was my first time at the store. Before I enter the store, I took some of my gummy bears but did not bring the whole pack. In the store I picked the candy that I want and weigh it. Then there is this lady who works there (she has a curly hair), called me and said I can check how much is that so you dont have to go back and weigh it again. So I went to her and then she said, “you are not snacking at the store are you?” She was referring to my gummy bears. I said no I got them at Walmart. It was my first time In a Bulk Barn. I was impressed with the options and pricing seems to be fair. Everything from candy to baking supplies and some crazy colorful pasta I will have to try some day. I think it would be a good place to take the kids and let them grab a treat for movie nights. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable on the products you brought to the cash register. All the stuff looked fresh so I'm assuming it is changed out when needed. I would definitely return...
