Extreme Pita — Restaurant in Regina

I am very disappointed in this location. I visited this location at 12:25pm. Service from the two ladies working was fine but there was absolutely nothing fresh that they could offer. The cucumbers were brown and mushy, the beans and chickpeas had been on the bar so long that they were hard, the mushrooms were so old they were a black mound.. I got the bottom of the scraped container for chicken. It was disgusting and frankly I didn’t want to pay for my $12 pita of basically lettuce and gross chicken ground. I always get the same thing when I go to an extreme pita and I feel like it’s pretty simple. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. At lunch time.. your veggie bar should be stacked full with FRESH veggies. I can understand if you are busy but there was one other person in there and it looked like the bar hadn’t been restocked or cleaned up for days. I was embarrassed for the ladies working and the lady that walked in behind me who had nothing to order from. I will never visit this...

Went and ordered a flatbed Hawaiian pita, got home and opened it to find a bbq chicken pita. Drove back to the store and explained that I had ordered a Hawaiian one. Two gentleman went in the back and talked, then came back and said that I ordered a bbq chicken one. I explained I have never ordered bbq chicken in my life and that it’s not a big deal and that I’d just like the one I actually ordered. Then got accused of lying about what I ordered. I explained why would I drive all the way home, change, go to eat and then drive all the way back to have it changed. The one worker was extremely rude. The bathroom was also quite gross, smelt very poor and the paper towel holder was out of order so the paper towel was just laying on the kids...

This place has gone downhill. I used to eat here regularly and never had a complaint but I went this past Saturday morning and it was very disappointing. Bathroom & tables were filthy and our pitas were made with old wilted lettuce, they were disgusting. Threw them out after 2 bites, will not be back.

Update After I posted this review stating my total dissatisfaction with my experience at this place, you can see they responded and did the customary “please contact us so we can fix this” response. I did so immediately (a month ago) and never received any reply. This is the worst kind of business and management. There are many more worthwhile places to eat that actually care about the customer experience, instead of...
