I was unfortunately underwhelmed. I like to dive into local cuisine with a higher end steak restaurant in places I travel. This restaurant was recommended by my hotel and traveling as often as I do I rely on local’s recommendations. The cocktails I ordered were “Pretty In Pink” and “Berry Basil Bliss”. Both were full of well intertwined flavours. They did not disappoint. The stuffed crab mushroom caps were very tasty but, had minimal traces of crab. The steak was prepared as requested and lightly seasoned. It could’ve been taken to a higher level if it were served on a warmed plate or hot stone. Particularly when served with lobster, it’s preferable to maintain ideal meal temperature with a warmed plate. This way the customer doesn’t feel rushed to eat while it’s warm. The lobster tail was tender however, it lacked any flavour good or bad. The accompanying melted butter was kept warm by lit flame but, was oddly watery in both texture and taste leaving the lobster a sad side rather then formidable pairing. Finally the dessert was a raspberry and vanilla cheesecake. This was perhaps the most disappointing. It was absolutely no better then the cheap, whipped, no-bake cheesecakes that are commonly served at all you can eat buffets. Also, it was a tiny portion given the low quality with high cost. The positives were the atmosphere and the staff. Staff were professional and had formal serving etiquette. They elevate the dining experience which, is needed given the overall experience.

Visited on a monday night, lounge wasn’t full at all with maybe about 5-6 tables occupied of out 22. Had my appetizer meatballs, to be quite frank it was salty.. the sauce was good but the meatballs were overpowered with salt. I ordered the ribeye medium rare, not sure what common practice is for a steakhouse but it was grilled and not cooked on a pan, so could be preference there. Moreover the steak had barely any taste, had to get cajun butter to salvage the steak. The best thing about it was the service and fries that came with the steak, and their peppercorn sauce. Very tasty. My bill was 115.80 with 1 drink. Not the worst steak i’ve had, but surprisingly not one of the better ones in saskatoon.

Went to this restaurant couple of months ago and all I can say is ✨PERFECTION✨. Always ordered the prime rib and it's always cooked to perfection. Would 💯 % recommend everyone to try and dine here. (ORDER PRIME RIB!) Ambiance is definitely a 5 star. Very demure fine dining! First few visits were amazing but the server we had tonight made the experience so much better. Kudos to Cade! Checked up on us when we had the first few bites and gave us the time to enjoy our meals. Knew when to not bother us and was always on point in refilling our water. Gave me extra horseradish in time too! Thank you for the good service! If I could give 8 stars I would. 💗

Food was incredible steak was cooked to perfection. Oscar bernaise sauce was amazing. Shrimp juicy and huge. His lobster was perfectly cooked as well. French fries or maybe the ketchup was a tad spicy. His loaded baked potato was huge. Great food. Great wine. Beautiful building. (Pics a bit blurry as I was in a rush to eat; shaking with excitement 😆🤷🏼♀️) Also our waiter was the perfect amount of attentiveness. Not constantly at your table, and still within eyesight if needed. He was also knowledgeable of the area and was pleasant to chat with. Kudos from the Winnipegers. Thanks for a great meal!
