Newly open. Would say the best chinese authentic BBQ outside Toronto and Vancouver .. arguably would be even better.. can taste the meat was charcoal BBQ instead of gas like Vancouver and Toronto. And with great counter service (chop the meat in front of customers, proof the meat was fresh instead of frozen and reheated) .. plus great dimsum selections. While I can tell the owner used the best ingredients. Example they used beef finger meat for their beef brisket soups.. which most the other restaurants wouldn't do because the price difference.. and just checked the Uber menu ..so cheap and affordable. Absolutely amazing! King of Duck is hands down one of the best Chinese restaurants I’ve been to. The food was packed with flavor, perfectly cooked, and came out fresh and hot. The duck was tender and rich, and every dish we tried tasted authentic and high quality.

The portions were generous, the service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere felt welcoming and comfortable. You can really tell they put care into both the food and the experience.

I’ve ordered from this place many times and I am always blown away by the flavour and value of the food. You can always taste the love put I to the food. I try to switch it up each time because their menu is incredible. Tonight I ordered buy one get one free pork belly meals for $17. Less than $10 a meal is insane- not to mention you can get 2 meals out of a single portion. On top of the already crazy value they although gave me a free milk tea! Thank you King of Duck Staff!
