It was a hot day and we decided we needed a cold beverage. We entered and was greated with a warm welcome and took some time to go through the menu options. We decided to go with the gold lemonade and passion fruit options. We took a seat to wait for our beverage and in a matter minutes our drinks were ready. The drinks were very refreshing especially as it hot out. Overall, its a clean, very well organized and great place for a quick drink, hot or cold.

Worst experience i ever had from Tim Hortons. Today I ordered a Roasted hazelnut Cold brew and look what they have given me .Tim Hortan is a brand now and what they are serving under sake of brand name . Totally disappointing 👎🏻, poor service.

I stop by Tim Hortons almost every day before getting my bus to the job. It has great service and the black coffee is really good. There are always promotions. Also, It has washrooms.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of encountering with Employe Named : Jai a who completely ruined my day. From their unprofessional demeanor to their lack of basic customer service skills, it was a complete disaster.

First and foremost, the crew member displayed a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. They were rude and dismissive right from the start, not even bothering to greet me with a smile or a simple hello. It felt like I was inconveniencing them by being there, and their negative attitude was palpable throughout the interaction.

Moreover, their knowledge and competence were severely lacking. When I asked for assistance with a product, they seemed completely clueless and uninterested in helping me. Instead of providing accurate information, they gave vague and unhelpful responses, clearly showing their lack of training and product knowledge.

Furthermore, the crew member's communication skills were abysmal. They spoke in a condescending tone, as if I should already know everything about their store and products. Their unwillingness to listen to my questions and concerns made me feel undervalued as a customer.

To make matters worse, the Jai was incredibly slow and inefficient. It felt like they were intentionally taking their sweet time, causing unnecessary delays and frustration. Their lack of urgency and poor time management only added to the overall disappointment of the experience.

Lastly, their overall appearance was unprofessional and unkempt. It's important for employees to present themselves in a neat and tidy manner, but this crew member seemed more interested in their personal comfort than representing the...

I go to this Tim Hortons frequently as it's super close to both my job and home. The customer service is 1/5 at best, they constantly ignore you at the till until you speak up and always seem to be defensive when it comes to correcting mistakes they've made and tend to be very dismissive. The products are subpar. I've had burnt coffee from here and watered down ice capps. I also don't recommend getting food unless you have an extra 20 minuets for them you make said food. The environment isn't to great either, it's has it's usual crowd of sketchy people of whom they do nothing about. I've been asked while at till for money or for food that I may have with me, and they do nothing. Another important thing to note is that they are never open on time and always close there doors ridiculously early. At best 15 minuets, at worst I've seen an hour. With no sort of explanation. Go here for the convenience of having a tims downtown. But don't expect it to be a...

We all keep talking about why downtown Saskatoon is not growing! Well, if the only Tim Hortons at downtown cannot offer proper services for clients, then what do you expect? My wife and I went for a walk and coffee this afternoon and we were told that the coffee shop does not have customer washroom any more! Don't we know that the Tim Horton franchises offer the best return on the investment for the owners? Isn't the owner's responsibility to provide the best customer service and contribute to the society, especially downtown growth and success? Shouldn't part of the return on wealth be invested locally? Isn't part of the health region requirements that restaurants and coffee shops should have customer washrooms? What if someone is used to wash hands before eating? Has this store been inspected to pass the SHA codes and standards? Isn't this building a government office building? Where are we going? I guess the answer is clear that why...
