Was genuinely looking forward to celebrating a friend's birthday here — silly me for expecting even the bare minimum of decency from this place.
However, upon arrival, I was greeted by unwelcoming hostesses who looked at me like I had just spat in their faces. Not exactly the warm welcome you’d hope for when dropping a decent chunk of money to dine out.
Once seated, our server was surprisingly excellent — the only flicker of competence in this otherwise flaming disaster of an establishment. Honestly, if I could've just handed him a tip and eaten somewhere else, I would have.
The straw that broke the camel's back really came in when my friends and I went to use the restroom after our meal. After dinner, we went to freshen up — a fairly standard post-meal activity. Out of nowhere, a surly busser slammed the door open, nailing another group of patrons in the process, and then barked at us like a bitter mall cop. She actually had the nerve to lecture grown adults about loitering in the bathroom — as though we were teenagers sneaking a cigarette behind the school gym. You’d think she was guarding the last functioning toilet in the city during a plumbing apocalypse.
EXTREMELY unprofessional!!!!! This place runs on arrogance, not hospitality. The only good thing about this place was our waiter. Not worth the time or money unless you want to be lectured by the bathroom bouncer and treated worse than the gum on the...

From the moment you walk into Casa 73, you’re greeted with a warm, inviting energy that feels more like a home than a restaurant. Nestled in a charming corner of the city, Casa 73 strikes the perfect balance between cozy ambiance and elevated cuisine.
The decor is effortlessly stylish—earthy tones, soft lighting, and tasteful artwork that reflects the restaurant’s personality without being overwhelming. Whether you’re on a date night, celebrating with friends, or just indulging in a quiet dinner, the atmosphere makes you want to linger.
What truly sets Casa 73 apart, though, is the service. The staff are attentive without hovering, knowledgeable without pretension, and genuinely passionate about the food they’re serving. Every recommendation felt personalized and thoughtful.
Speaking of the food—every dish was a standout. The ingredients tasted fresh and thoughtfully paired, with flavours that were bold yet balanced. The crab cakes, octopus and artichoke floretti was a revelation, so as the Linguine Pescatori. Perfectly cooked and deeply satisfying. And don’t skip dessert—the cheesecake and apple tart was the perfect ending to the meal.
Casa 73 isn’t just a restaurant—it’s an experience. Highly...
Read moreThe atmosphere 10/10 if your looking for a good vibe or a good ambiance this is perfect, however if your going there for food definitely not. I ordered the lobster Mac and cheese with gnocchi pasta and it was terrible. There was 0 flavour no seasoning they had some sort of cottage cheese concoction on top that's literally had me spit it out in the first try. I didn't even taste a hint of cheese or lobster in the meal at all. With the expensive prices I expected a 5/5 meal but I didn't get that. On top of the food tasting bad my table of 7 people got served and were eating while I had to wait 15-20 minutes to get food that tasted like crap. I have been to restaurants that had lower ratings like joeys and moxies and was given wayyy better tasting food and way better customer service. Waiter took way too long to serve us and barely checked in our food and the wait time to receive the bill was just ridiculous. Will not be coming here again. When I go to a restaurant the aesthetic and the food must both be equally good and this didn't do justice at all. If you have no taste buds, want long wait times and good ambiance this is the...
