I had a very bad experience at this Chatime the other day. I ordered a mango tea colada and pointed to the sign while ordering. While waiting for my order, the employees were laughing and talking a lot instead of making the drinks. About 10 minutes after I ordered my drink, and this is only with about one person in front of me, I noticed the drink did not look like the picture, so I went back and said, "hi, I think this is the wrong drink I ordered the mango tea colada." The woman working was very rude about it and rolled her eyes saying in a very snarky voice, "you ordered the mango tango." I said that I pointed to the sign when I said it and the person I was with also heard me say the right thing. She grabbed the drink and started trash talking me to her employees while they laughed. She then gave me the drink and wouldn't even look at me. The drink was watery and did not taste how it should have. This is the SECOND time this week that the same Chatime has messed up. If you want good customer service and don't mind a bit of a trek, I'D STRONGLY RECOMMEND going to the Chatime located at Kingston rd in Pickering. They had AMAZING service compared to the employees at STC. This problem should seriously be looked into.

I saw them making a big batch and then poured three cups as another person also ordered one. And sure enough when I took a sip it was full sugar. Obviously they didn't care to make two different batches in order to save time. I told them I asked for 30% sugar and the girl said that they can't make it with less sugar as it'd have no taste! She said you add the passionfruit syrup and then the sugar. Huh? Then add only 30% sugar! It has taste with 30% and whether it has taste or not is irrelevant. I'm the customer and that's how I like it. And what's the point of having sugar options if you make it all the same? For the price that they charge for these drinks and the fact that their menu allows customization they should build the drink to the customer specifications. New drink, clean the drink, clean the countertop and gives to customer then repeat. Seriously, the service was incredibly quick. Received my single order within 5-8 minutes during a busy weekend afternoon. I supposed it's the norm to stare at my phone and/or talk to my friend or have my eyes wander elsewhere while I wait for my order but it was difficult to look away after witnessing.
