This might have been the worst fast food purchase experience I have had. The three of us arrived and there was only 1 person ahead of us so we thought it would be quick. It took about 5 minutes for each of us to have our order taken for no apparent reason as not much was happening and only 1 person ahead. After about 10 min of nothing happening, our one buddy asked to cancel his order as he had to get to the airport and since no burritos had been made yet, too risky to wait it out. It took about 3 min to get the refund, and it was given in cash and not back on the payment method. The two of us remaining decided to wait it out. It was at this point that the guy I was with mentioned that he noticed the tip buttons on the debit pin pad were in dollars and not percentages. I looked at my receipt and sure enough, I had tipped $15 and not 15% as expected. Since the $ and % text was so small and the value text was so big, I didn't notice. At this point I just wanted my burrito so I could leave and never return, rather than trying to get a refund. About 10 min per burrito for the assembly, and about 5 min more of misc. time spent, we finally had our burritos. The total time from walking in to order to getting a burrito was around 30-35 minutes for 2 burritos (I checked my GPS history to confirm). Fast forward to eating them, and it was all just mediocre. I rarely leave bad reviews anywhere, but this just ticked me off so much that I felt compelled to...

Extremely dissappointed!! I ordered a burrito with chips and salsa and churro chips and specifically asked for NO HOT SAUCE on my burrito, and when it arrived, it was so hot I couldn't eat it. I also ordered chip & salsa and churros with my order and they forgot to send them with my order.

When I contacted the store I was told that in order for me to receive a replacement burrito, plus the remaining items missing from my order, that I would have to place an order for a soft-drink for delivery at an added cost of $6.33 and they would immediately refund the cost of this delivery back to me by cash when my order arrived.

When my order arrived, I did not receive my cash refund from them as agreed. When I contacted the store with regards to this, I was then told that they didn't refund me because they had to send out a replacement burrito. There was never a mention of this in our conversation. Now all of a sudden, the story has changed. I WAS DECEIVED!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

FYI - The replacement burrito was disgusting and didn't taste any better than the previous one and the chips & churro chips were stale and flavourless, so needless to say, this was a total waste of money as it got thrown in the garbage. Not to mention the fact that I had to waste approximately 2hrs. of my time to receive this food and I wasn't able to eat it. ...

to whichever mgmt that is reading this PLS NOTE THAT I AM NOT BLAMING THE WORKER. idk the circumstances and they were 100% not working with enough people and perhaps hadn’t been trained properly. they seemed very stressed and exhausted, unsure of what they were doing and did not have enough help given how busy it was. i will say my food was delicious however! unfortunately it was just a huge range of bad practices. we had to wait 30 mins to an hour, probably 15 to 30 mins just to finally order. other people were waiting for long time periods too and some even walked out or demanded a refund. the worker didn’t understand the cash register system or how to input our order or really even the products. we got the wrong drink (it seemed they didn’t know what the drink we wanted was?). i wasn’t asked about toppings like usual for my quesadilla. i watched as everything in my quesadilla was touched w gloved hands that were constantly tapping on a phone. it was just unfortunately a disaster all around and i have a feeling someone else will leave a similar review after seeing their experience while we were there. i hope you take this chance to properly staff for the late hours and possibly work on...

As far as Tex Mex tacos go, these are the best I've had. Did my due diligence and visited on two separate days, and they were fantastic both times. Just like my mom used to make with the Old El Paso taco kits, but much better. The ingredients are fresh and voluminous; they don't skimp! A wee bit pricey but these are the days that we're living in I suppose, and of all the fast food places whose menu prices are creeping up, this spot does the best at giving you the best value for your dollar. My only complaint is that the tacos ran my belly both times I had them. Second time I visited, I made sure to limit my intake of other foods throughout the day, and still I was hit with gut rumblings in the early hours of the morning. I'm usually fine with cheese but these are a real gut punch. IBS sufferers BEWARE!

They really need to consider hiring staff who understand customer service. I recently bought some fish tacos, and when I was asked what toppings I wanted, I mentioned that I’d like corn and cheese as well. Instead of simply explaining any policy, the staff member responded with, “This time I’ll put it, but next time don’t ask.” I understand there may be rules, but there’s a much better and more professional way to communicate that to paying customers. Food isn’t free, and people deserve respectful service. On top of that, she added an excessive amount of sauce to my tacos, which made them look unappetizing—I actually lost my appetite. Proper training on customer interaction is clearly needed.

If you want burritos 90% full of rice, order from this location. Had no problems at other Fat Bastard locations. This place needs to stop pretending to offer the same menu items bc they are COMPLETELY different. Could not taste anything in my burrito other than rice and a tiny bit of chicken. Not to mention, we ordered two LARGE burritos and were delivered two smalls. Looking at other reviews, I’m suspecting this is not by accident, since it happens way too frequently. You shouldn’t run a business this way.
