While looking for a gluten-free breakfast spot in Toronto on Find Me Gluten Free, we came across a highly-rated place and decided to give it a try. I must say, this is the best gluten-free and vegan spot I've tried here, especially for the coffee. I ordered a mocha, and it was the best cafe mocha I've ever had. Made with real dark chocolate, it had that distinct bitter taste, complemented by coconut cream and a splash of maple syrup, along with some added spices—it was amazing. We also had steel-cut oats and a chocolate muffin. The muffin was delicious, not overly sweet, gluten-free, and vegan. If you're ever in Downtown Toronto, check this place out; you'll love it.

had an açai smoothie bowl today. the atmosphere was nice and cozy inside with plant decor. the service was fast, the price was decent (i upgraded to oatmilk) the price was $15 for it. the presentation was on point, blueberries were nice and fresh, and i loved the toppings and crunch. the smoothie base was not too sweet which was a plus. i do wish the base was a bit thicker As it was on the runny side but i didn’t mind it. would definitely order this again it was yummy for my soul 🤍

Love this Kuperft and Kim location! Ava and Abbey are some of the best K&K employees in the city. I've been to this location tens of times and they're always serving up the freshest food with a smile and good conversation. Would highly recommend the First Canadian Place meal for something nutritious and filling.

If you want to eat something healthy, substantial and ethical in a hurry, there aren't many options in this city. Add "tasty" to that bundle and the list shrinks dramatically. Add "quality" and you're left with nearly nothing. Then there was Kupfert & Kim..!! I'm writing this review because it meets all these criteria-- with gumption! I love that each meal has a properly balanced ratio of grain to vegetable to protein content. The ingredients are frequently sourced locally and are often organic; a few are even made in house (my favourite is the sauerkraut!). I appreciate that the packaging is compostable, or you can stay and eat on a real plate with real cutlery!! They've even got Kombucha on tapppp!!! I always bring friends to K&K, and even the ones who are not gluten free or vegan (and may even have been pushing for a burger and fries a moment ago) have been super into it. They've actually told me that they didn't know food 'like this' could be so good, and they want to eat more of the stuff at home (whoa)!!! What can I say.. I think...

I used to live in the GTA and just made a trip back from Michigan. Had a 2 hour layover before my train left to Ottawa and went out of my way to go to Kupfert & Kim (which I loved before I moved). I wanted to support a vegan business in Toronto that I really like. Since I had never been to this location, I decided to try it out today. When I got there, I noticed the gate was mostly closed. The time on Google said 3pm. I totally understand that sometimes the online information is wrong, but when I asked the staff member on site if they were closed to confirm (since it was 2:30pm), I received a sassy, "what do you think?" I know he didn't know that I went out of my day to go there and that I was from out of town, but it was so disappointing and off-putting after dragging my boyfriend there to show him how great it is. I left with a bad taste in my mouth and I definitely won't be back at...

I ordered the Oaxaca bowl yesterday (September 23, 2019), and right after eating it I ended up in the washroom for two days. Not sure how the food was prepared or handled but I ended up with food poisoning and I almost never get sick from food. As I’m writing this review, my stomach still hurts and I literally just came back from the bathroom.

As for the quality of the food, I would describe it as “ok”, nothing memorable or spectacular. My bowl was heavy on rice and beans and less on kale and avocado. I wished they had added some more of that cashew sauce as I found my bowl to be dry and tasteless.

Giving this places 1/5 stars for overall experience, mediocre food and...
